Juan Soto spent just one season in the New York Yankee Pinstripes. After helping the Yankees into the 2024 World Series, Soto switched to the New York City Borough and signed Historical Contract With the Mets.
The Mets opened the three-game series with the Yankees Friday night. Since he hung up pinstripes, the latest version of the Subway series will also mark Soto's first appearance at Yankee Stadium. The majority of the chats that resulted in the series focused on Soto reception, which would be gained from the Yankees' loyalty.

Long-term broadcast announcer and broadcast host Michael Kay participated in the discussion. When Kai discourages fans from participating in vulgar odes, he encourages them to boo the former Yankees slugger.
"I'm looking forward to the reaction Juan Soto will get at Yankee Stadium," Kay said. "And I think if I were a Yankee fan, that reaction would be Juan Soto's constant booing. Now, there's no blasphemy. It shouldn't be. If you say that, you should be ashamed of yourself."

"Don't be bored with Juan Soto," Kai added. "Smarter than that. You can't boo without the f-word booing. There will be kids in the crowd! But let him feel your hurt. There's nothing wrong. Don't let anyone in the guise. No, you're not better than that fan."

Although Soto acknowledges that some fans can lead Boos toward him, it doesn't seem to attract potential anxiety, which will suppress Slugger's excitement about returning to Yankee Stadium.
Still, Kay advises many Yankees fans to feel betrayal when Soto waving for the team’s Crosstown rival.
"They feel betrayed and feel like crazy lovers," Kay noted. "If you feel like you've been betrayed, then boo him. Every time he gets close to the ball, he boo him. Every time there's a flying ball. Boo him every time he's on the plate. Boo him. Boo him!"

"I don't mind," Soto told track and field.
