Winnipeg Jets Dodges are upset, surpassing St. Louis Bruce in Game 7

WINNIPEPE, Manitoba - Their season was online with the Winnipeg Jets shocking the St. Louis Blues 4-3 in overtime, winning Sunday night's victory in the dramatic first-round series.

During the last two minutes of supervision, the jet forced additional meetings. Vladislav Namestnikov won his second series at 18:04, Cole Perfetti strayed from St. Louis goalkeeper Jordan Binnington, and the three seconds left left to put the crowd into a frenzy before Captain Adam Lowry scored in his second overtime.

Winnipeg — which won the Presidential Trophy this season, which was awarded to the NHL’s top regular season teams — was awarded to the Dallas star in the second round, while the Vegas Golden Knights will meet the Edmonton Oilers in other Western League semi-final series.

The jet itself is not easy. The first seed Jets usually look lifeless in the absence of injured star forward Mark Scheifele, and for a key extension of the first two stages, goalkeeper Connor Hellebuyck continued his playoff inconsistency, allowing two first stage goals, second stage second behind third stage goals.

"In the first stage, we were really nervous and they got two quick goals," Jets coach Scott Arniel said in his post-match interview. "But we just kept telling the guys, ' Stay inside, stay inside.'"

The Jets apparently missed Scheifele, who left Game 5 after the first phase after Game 5 after not revealing a pair of big hits, was absent from Bruce's 5-2 victory in St. Louis. The Center has two goals and four assists in five games in this series.

"Obviously, this group of people at home is our seventh and they set the tone for us," Anil said. "But all year long, we have the 'next man, the next man gets up.' We'll do it again tonight."

Jordan Kyrou, Mathieu Joseph and Radek Faksa scored for the Blues, who trailed coach Jim Montgomery for a mid-season just to squeeze into the final playoffs.

This victory gives the president's trophy curse hope one day. Since the Chicago Blackhawks won two trophies since the 2012-13 season, the award has been awarded to the league's top regular-season teams and has not been in the hands of the final Stanley Cup champion.

The home team won every game in the first round series, the first and final game of eight games in the NHL. Round 2 begins on Monday.
