When storm gusts approach the Chicago area, dust storm warnings were issued

On Friday night, the Chicago area was looking for a stormy night again, with a possible harsh weather, and a rare dust storm warning was issued in much of the Chicago area as dust blows down to visibility on several interstates.

However, unlike Thursday, the threat and expected severity of any potential thunderstorm are lower, mainly concentrated in the southeast of the city.

Warm with low humidity, strong wind conditions prompt wind consultation and red flags to warn of high fire hazards. The high temperature was good until the 1980s.

Dust warnings have been issued to Grundy, Kankaki, Kendall, Lasal, and counties in Illinois and Jasper, Jasper, Lake, Newton and Indiana until 7:30 pm, and sandstorm warnings have been issued until 8:30 pm in cook, cook, dekalb, dupage and kane counties. The National Weather Service said visibility on Interstate 55 on Shorewood, Interstate 57 and Interstate 80 near Interstate 55, near Crown Point, Indiana, was significantly reduced.
