Hailey Bieber went through a month of a career after receiving a billion-dollar deal to sell her beauty empire and landed on the fashion cover.

But the model and entrepreneur’s recent milestone has only restored public obsession with seven-year husband Justin Bieber and the baby father, whose behavior is unstable and sometimes jaw-dropping online activities have long sparked rumors about his health and marital decline.

“What’s going on right now isn’t a mature crisis, but the early warning system lights are certainly flashing,” said Evan Nierman, founder and CEO of a global PR company. “The contrast between them now is glare and sting, which is why there is so much public discussion about him.”

Biebers has long evaded and denied allegations of marriage and personal turmoil, partly because Justin’s decision to leave music in 2019 to resolve “ingrained issues,” his struggle on drug use, and live streaming from now-seeming Canadian pop star. His disturbing behavior is even the subject of Hulu's new TMZ documentary.

“Whatever he has gone through, I pray for him and hope that everything is fine,” former collaborator Poo Bear told the Hollywood Reporter last month.

Justin's team has long denied Grammy-Winner or his marriage issues, with insights about him being released to the media primarily through anonymous sources. Still, his public behavior, including his posts about Hailey, a 294 million Instagram followers, as well as fans and PR insiders, have expressed concerns. Neither Biebers’ team immediately responded to a request for comment.

Justin posted a two-light carousel on Instagram to congratulate Hailey and her skin care company on a photo of his wife leaning against a table and a screen captured by an Instagram post. The carousel is one of Justin's library of photography published that day, including the footage of him sitting next to a gun, and another Hailey, who he groped and smiled.

“By my professional opinion, I do think this is poorly executed,” said Nabeela Aysen, a crisis communication expert based in New York. “As someone engaged in crisis communication, I want his team to review the position before he lands on the release.”

Still, Justin was praised by some, which was Justin raised his eyebrows last week when he initially admitted on Instagram that he once told Hailey that she had told Hailey that she "never be on the Vogue cover," which Justin caught the attention last week.

"The real question here is: Where is his team? Are they afraid to look back? Or are they suggesting him and he just doesn't listen?

However, the Grammy Winner’s Wednesday post did not make any constant rumors that plagued his marriage, especially after reports that Hayley celebrated Rhode’s acquisition without Justin.

Biebers ended at a civil ceremony in 2018, holding the 2019 star-studded South Carolina wedding and renewed the vow last year. At the time, Justin's career soared four albums, many awards and consistently sold-out shows. Hailey, by contrast, is the most recognizable Baldwin model.

New York clinical psychologist Dr. Chloe Carmichael explains that when Justin got rid of music and Hailey started her career as a beauty, dynamic motivation may have established an early role for the couple.

"Sin was a kid since Justin was a kid, that's who he was: becoming a successful musician," Carmichael said. "I would almost be surprised if there was no degree of pain as life changed."

The edge is open to those growing pains. Justin admitted in an interview with GQ in 2021: "The first year of marriage is really hard... because of a lot, back to trauma."

"Just a lack of trust," Justin said. "All of these things want to admit the people you are with because it's scary. You don't want to say, 'I'm scared.'"

A few months later, Hailey admitted to Ellen DeGeneres that she "study a lot" and "study a lot."

Still, the couple continues to deny rumors about struggling family life, especially after Justin announced in a long 2019 Instagram post that he is leaving music to focus on his mental health and marriage.

"I've been searching, seeking, trial and error, and like most of us, I'm very focused now on fixing some of the deep-rooted problems that most of me have, so I won't break down so that I can maintain my marriage and become the father I want to be," Justin said in his position.

Justin released his last album Justice in March 2021, the tour shortened after temporary facial paralysis. In December 2022, Justin sold his music catalog, which includes over 290 champions in a deal with the UK’s Hipgnosis Songs Capital, an adventure between financial giant Blackstone and Hipgnosis Song Management.

"For Justin, I think it's a motivation: he's in good health, in his life, he's married, very in love and contemplative. A deal allowed him to be free to focus on it without having to work on the treadmill for nearly 15 years, he's been there for nearly 15 years."

Despite Justin's alleged struggle, his relationship with Hayley "is much more layered than the public sees."

"Hailey seems to be very strong in professional places. She is building her own brand, becoming more obvious, and stepping into her own brand," she added. "At the same time, Justin feels a little lost in this chapter, like he's still figuring out who he is, and he's personally and creatively suited to himself."

Justin was radiating the internet when she wasn't following Hailey on Instagram in January, and then re-followed her that morning. "Someone got on my account and canceled my wife," he wrote on the Instagram story.

Two months later, Hailey released Justin for two days. According to Page Six, Haley claims that this is just a "breakdown" in Tiktok's comments. Around the same time, a shirtless Justin was broadcast live on Instagram, and his eyelids looked droopy.

Earlier this month, Justin joined SZA for a California show, shocking fans, where he closed his eyes and repeatedly kissed the singer's hand. After Justin stopped singing to the microphone and leaned forward, Sza raised her chin, stimulating an online debate about whether the move was a signal of emotional interaction between the two artists or a bigger problem. Later in the show, SZA also had to point Justin to the mark on the stage.

Nierman explained that the public's ongoing fascination with Biebers stems in part from information about their personal lives, which comes from social media posts and the press only.

"The truth is, it's just a small window into what we know about him and his daily life," he explained.

Biebers announced the birth of his son Jack Blues last August, and he recently made it clear that their relationship is strong. Justin said in the Vogue article: "The smartest thing I've ever done is marry Hayley," while the models say she follows her husband's advice on navigating to fame.

"I've been doing it literally since I was a kid and he had to face the worst scrutiny from anyone I know," she said. "He was like, 'Baby, trust me, I've been there a lot of times before. You won't win.

Haily also revealed how the ongoing divorce rumours have done a huge damage to her after she gave birth, and discussed her shock at the public's relentless obsession with the couple.

She said, “Well, I thought it’s been seven years and not yet.
