The calendar has moved to June, which means the start of an official summer visit.
West Virginia did not receive a group of official visitors on its first weekend with windows open, but will now welcome a large number of campuses from June 6 to 8.
The list consists of several players already working on West Virginia, but many others have included climbers in their short choice. The climbers are expected to have about 25 2026 potential customers.
Given the fluency of the process, the list may change, but this is the one we will currently be on campus after a few players we’ll commit elsewhere on the initial weekend.

Everyone has provided mountaineers, and although some have visited the campus, this will give them a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see what the school has to offer.
Official visits are a key component of building recruitment classes, especially those that happen in the summer before the prospect of high school in the final year. The recruitment calendar continues to go further and now most college coaches like to have classes once they exit the summer so they can focus on their season.
This makes it crucial in class building, as these weekends are often the top players in reality on the board and have been determined for some time.
It will be the first summer official weekend for new chief coach Rich Rodriguez as he took over the football program and it's interesting how it's different from his ex.
West Virginia has six commitments in its 2026 class, but that number can grow as long as everything can be done through the upcoming official visit program.
