'Welcome to Wrexham' renewed season 5 in EFL Champions League

Wednesday, FX renews its signing Welcome to Wrexham Season 5 and reveals new details about its spin-off series necaxa (FKA Welcome to Necaxa), a partnership with Disney+ Latin America.

The fifth season after Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney owned Wrexham AFC has been completely effortless since 2020. Season 5 will show the FC’s upcoming debut in the EFL Championship after its third straight promotion. Welcome to Wrexham Season 4 will currently release a new episode on FX at 9pm Thursday and will be broadcast on Hulu the next day.

For Necaxa, Reynolds and McElheny participated with their third partner at Necaxa Eva Longia at the Mexican club. necaxa FX said it would document “a turbulent and transformative era of Mexican football clubs, and staunch supporters will never give up hope this summer.”
