Walton Goggins interview closes after Aimee Lou Wood issue

Walton Goggins' new interview with Times of London After his US PR staff closed, his PR staff spread it as writer Ed Potton insisted on asking the actor's "White Lotus" co-star Aimee Lou Wood. Rumors of a clear dispute between the two performers have permeated social media after last month’s “White Lotus” Season 3 finale. Goggins plays Rick Hatchett this season, with Wood playing his free-spirited girlfriend Chelsea.

After Wood called the show’s “Despicable” and “unnunny” imitation of Chelsea, the “Saturday Night Live” sketch turned “White Lotus” season 3 sketch all the rage. The sketch features "SNL" actor Sarah Sherman with two enlarged front teeth on the sporty teeth. Wood criticized this, and Goggins left a positive comment on "SNL" Instagram that read: "Hahahahahaha Amazzingggg." The comment was later removed. The incident further raised speculation about Gokinmu’s hatred, although it was unclear whether Gokins knew Wood’s criticism of the sketch.

When the London Times asked Wood, Goggins' British PR staff stepped in and asked, "Are we going to talk about 'uninvited' more?" Goggins' publication is introducing to release the new film "Uninvited" directed by the actor's wife, Nadia Conners. The two have been married since 2011.

“My friends are thin,” Goggins then told the interviewer, before saying “uninvited” is “the thing you are least interested in.” "Frankly, yes. 'Unsellable' is a decent movie, but something more interesting is elsewhere," Potton wrote in his profile.

Burton tried to bring up the wood again, prompting Goggins to say: "There is no conversation about it. Sharing politics on social media - it's a vacuum."

When the interviewer tried the last attempt and talked about the wood, Goggins replied, "Fuck, Ed! Come on! Come on, buddy. Wow."

“We’re going to end it there,” Goggins’ U.S. PR staffer later said, with the interview over.

Both Gogkins and Wood are expected to be Emmy contenders in their work on "White Lotus" Season 2. The “SNL” sketch of wood on Instagram was called “SNL” sketch, and later clarified: “I’m not thin: “I actually like it on smart teeth, so I don’t like teeth, but I don’t have them. Understand that's "SNL", but the rest of the shorts are slamming and I/Chelsea are the only punch. ”

Wood added in the follow-up article: "It's actually the last thing. It's not (Sarah Sherman)'s fault. Don't hate her. Hate the concept." Sherman sent wood flowers amid controversy.
