Eight of ten of the 10 open qualifying matches in the United States ended in the United States (one in Canada in Canada), overflowing twice on Tuesday. The two players died suddenly, and their last place on the Valencia website in California, will be restored at 10 a.m. ET after the darkness.

With 13 qualifying matches around the world, USGA hopes to finalize the territory of its 156 players at the Oakmont Country Club in Oakmont, Pennsylvania.
