Haliburton and his other Pacer teammates entered the Gainbridge Fieldhouse in all black, suggesting the Knicks and the Knicks and the funerals of the series. He carried a black duffel bag with him as he walked through the corridors of the arena. Stiller has some words on X.

"He took the apartment to a flight to New York," he wrote.

After the game, Halliburton shot backwards.

Halliburton wrote: “No, it’s about packing.”

It was the first time since the Pacers were in the NBA finals, when teams led by Reggie Miller and Rik Smits met the Los Angeles Lakers. The franchise never won an NBA title, but won three American Basketball Association titles before the merger.

2025 NBA Championship Odds: Thunder tilts against Pacers

Pacers head coach Rick Carlisle knows there is another big challenge.

“There is no time to pop up the champagne right now,” he said. “When you get to this point this season, it’s two teams, and that’s a goal. So it becomes global or something, and we understand the scale of it.”
