President Donald Trump defended the deportation of illegal foreigners and accused MS-13 gang member Kilmar Abrego Garcia in a lively interview with ABC noted that a photo he shared on social media clearly showed that the infamous gang had tattooed Abrego Garcia's knuckles.
Other latest photos of other illegal aliens do not appear to show tattoos, Fox News Digital found.
White House spokesman Kush Desai asked any legal or immigration enforcement officials for tattoos on Kilmar Abrego Garcia when asked about other photos that did not show "MS13" tattoos: They are MS-13: They are MS-13. "A ice investigation, local police investigation and the El Salvador government have determined that he is an illegal foreigner of an MS-13 terrorist whom he is a wife and should never be in the United States. There is no dispute over these facts. ”
Trump joined ABC News for an interview at the Oval Office, which aired at the White House on Day 100 of Trump, where he defended Abrego Garcia's "MS13" in his hands.
"On his knuckles, he has MS-13," Trump said in an interview aired on Tuesday.
"He has some tattoos," ABC's Terry Moran replied.
Trump continued in the interview: "MS-1-3 - Say MS-1-3."

“That’s photoshop,” Moran replied as he tried to change the subject of the conversation.
Trump shared a photo to his social media account on April 18 showing a man's hand with a "MS-13" tattoo on top of his other tattoos such as cannabis leaves, smiley faces, crosses and portrayals of human skulls.
Trump continued Moran claimed that a photo clearly showed “photoshopped” and that Moran committed a photo that clearly showed “MS-13” and believed that Moran was spreading “fake news.”

"It's fair, he does have tattoos that can explain," Moran added in the interview. "I'm not their expert."

Fox News Digital examined two separate photos of Abrego Garcia shared with the media in recent weeks that did not appear to show MS-13 tattoos.
El Salvador President Nayib Bukele, who struck a deal with the Trump administration to accept thousands of violent gang members who live illegally in the United States and place them in a high-security prison in the country, shared a photo of Abrego Garcia after arriving in El Salvador in March that did not seem to show the tattoo of "MS13" in his mind.

This photo shows other tattoos of Abrego Garcia's knuckles - including cannabis leaves, smiley faces, crosses and human skull tattoos - but does not seem to show "MS13" like Trump shared.
In early April, another photo shared by immigration activist Casa (Casa) showed a separate photo of Abrego Garcia, and his youngest son also did not appear to show a tattoo. Fox News Digital contacted CASA for more details and comment on the matter, but did not receive an immediate response Wednesday morning.
Fox News Digital approached the photos with lawyers from the White House and Abrego Gacria and reported an MS-13 tattoo, but did not receive an immediate reply.
Abrego Garcia illegally entered the United States from her homeland in El Salvador in 2011 and issued a deportation order in 2019. Trump administration officials admitted in court in March that his March 15 deportation was an administrative error, but have since defended the deportation, arguing that El Salvador could free him if the state chooses to do so.

According to a previously obtained 2022 Homeland Security Investigation report by Fox News, Abrego Garcia is suspected of being involved in labor/human trafficking. The report also noted that "official law enforcement investigations" indicate that Abrego Garcia is a member of the infamous gang MS-13, and Trump has designated a terrorist group.

According to the Homeland Security Investigation Report, Abrego Garcia was pulled over by the Tennessee Highway Patrol (December 1, 2022) and found the car was speeding without leaving it in the lane.
Soldiers noticed that Abrego Garcia noticed eight people in the car, saying he drove from Houston to Maryland's Temple Hills three days ago to "execute construction projects." The report noted that soldiers suspected that the group was involved in human trafficking incidents because there was no luggage in the vehicle.

The new document further shows that Abrego Garcia, driving a black 2001 Chevrolet suburb, said he belongs to his "boss". The suburbs were identified by the Department of Homeland Security as belonging to the suburbs of Hernandez Reyes, who pleaded guilty to human smuggling after being arrested among passengers in Mexico, El Salvador, El Salvador and Honduras.

Abrego Garcia has also recently been revealed to have been a “violent” repeat of his wife, according to court records filed by his wife Jennifer Vasquez in Prince George’s County, Maryland, and George’s County.
However, his wife has been publicly defending him since then.
"I find myself begging the Trump administration and the Bookeler administration to stop playing political competitions in Kilma's life," she said in front of a federal court judge earlier this month. "Our family was torn apart during this horrible time. Our children missed their father very much."

The deportation has been wrapped in court lawsuits since last month, with a Maryland federal judge ordering “take all available steps to facilitate” his return to the U.S. ruling, a ruling upheld by the Court of Appeal and the U.S. Supreme Court.
However, the Trump administration believes that sensitive international negotiations with El Salvador have been successful to ensure that release.
