Samantha Busch, wife of NASCAR star Kyle Busch, burst into tears on Tuesday as she learned that President Donald Trump signed an executive order to “positively” "It is more affordable in in vitro fertilization (IVF) and other treatments.

For Busch, the order made her home.

She and her husband run the Happy Fund, which seeks to help families eliminate the financial burden of accessing fertility treatment. The organization has awarded 144 grants and has granted nearly $2 million in funding and 100 babies born.

Busch expressed her excitement in an emotional video posted on Instagram.

“I’m in the tears of writing this, for those sterile families, it’s huge,” the editor captioned her. “Thanks to President Trump for signing an executive order to expand access to the IVF so that American families can afford it!

“After years of fighting, advocating and sharing my IVF journey, it’s overwhelming to see the executive order signed to protect and make fertility treatment more affordable.

Trump's order expands the chances of fertility treatment by reducing out-of-pocket expenses. It also ordered the domestic policy committee to find ways to make IVF and other fertility treatments more affordable.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt wrote on X. “The order guides policy recommendations to protect IVF access and actively reduce out-of-pocket and health plan costs for such treatments.”
