A Los Angeles Superior Court judge ordered the woman to charge former Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Trevor Bauer for sexual assault to pay more than $300,000 in violation of the terms of Monday's settlement agreement.

Lindsey Hill accused Bauer of sexual assault in 2021, resulting in a massive suspension of Bauer by the MLB investigation. They will eventually settle the lawsuit in 2023, while Ball sues the mountain defamation while she sues the assault and sexual assault.

Agree, neither side would pay, but that changed after Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Daniel Crowley ordered Hill to pay Ball $309,832.02. This is in an email that Hill's attorney told Ball's attorney that she would receive $300,000 from the insurance policy.

Ball will receive $220,000 in damages, while attorneys’ fees ($68,939.55), interest ($16,634.52) and cost ($4,257.95) will increase substantial totals to over $309,000.

According to the Los Angeles Times, Hill violated their settlement by discussing Ball on podcasts and public appearances.

Bauer sued Hill in October when the lawsuit cited 21 claims on podcasts or social media that allegedly violated their settlement agreements, forbidding her to say Bauer or any representative “pay her any money to consider the settlement.” Hill has never competed for Ball's lawsuit or responded to it.

Crowley, in turn, won a default victory after Hill's attorney told Bauer's attorney, who did not file enough cases in February and then did not justify their fees in April.

When she was ordered to pay Ball, Hill ranted on social media that she would not be obliged by the court's ruling.

"What I'm going to say is-he'll never see a penny from me, he knows that," Hill posted on X with a heart emoji. "I was awarded 300,000 in what I did to me in 2021 and I refuse to participate in this suit in any form or form. He will never see a penny. I refuse to give him money or my sanity. Love you guys!"

Bauer's agent Rachel Luba took a photo with her own post on her account X after seeing Hill's response.

"Note: I'm not sure she understands how the law works," Luba wrote. Despite her request, she didn't decide whether to pay - Ball would be able to decorate her salary and grab any assets. Also, when she just chose not to participate and defend herself, she couldn't appeal because she had to pay change because it was a family, because it was a family, because it was a family, because he won the change again, because it was a big opportunity because it was his insurance company, because it was a paying because it was a family (because), because it was a family (because), because it was a family (because), because it was a family (because), because it was a family (because), because it was a family (because), because it was a family (because), because it was a family (because), because it was a family (because), because it was a family (because), because it was a family (because), because it was a family (because), because it was a family (because), because it was a family (because), because it was a family (because), because it was a family (because), because it was a family (because), because it was a family (because), because it was a family (be It was a failed case for them…”

Hill replied, "Oh, sissy, you have nothing to do with your life when you fight the socialists for years in a row. As far as decorative wages are concerned, babies don't happen - if you can, catch me.

Ball is currently pitching in Japan's Professional Baseball League. He has left Major League Baseball (MLB) for 324 games in the past four years due to sexual assault allegations, but later reduced 194 games to 194 games after appeal.

His timeout may increase, but no Major League Baseball team brought Ball back to the game. Ball was never the one who shy away from sharing his thoughts, and in this case he wouldn't go.

Bauer suggested in August that Major League Baseball is the reason he can't sign with another team — not because one team doesn't think its talent is still performing at the major league level.

He recently summoned the MLB after Pete Rose and other late former batsmen were eliminated from the league's permanently qualified roster.

"So, since it's now popular with Pete, has this done for everyone who has been blacked out?" Ball asked on X. “Or do you actually have to be accused of being eligible?”
