Nine-inch Nail Principal and experienced film composers Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross announced the Ruins of the Future, a festival that includes some of the top film and television composers, and will be held in Los Angeles on Saturday, November 8. John Carpenter, Questlove (acting the soundtrack of Curtis Mayfield), Danny Elfman, Mark Mothersbaugh and Hildur Guðnadóttir were participants. The complete lineup and highlights of their careers appear below.

The event, held by Live Nation, is “the first of the festival: a one-day event where the world’s most influential film and television composers come from behind the screen and into the stage,” announced. Tickets are available from Wednesday, May 21 at 12 pm.

“It’s about giving those who literally look at the best in the world, allowing the audience to engage with the music, and it’s an opportunity to tell new stories in a fun live environment,” Reznor said.

During the three phases of the Los Angeles Equestrian Center, during the event, “Every artist is headlines and each artist has his own well-planned moments. Each artist is encouraged to swing significantly and reimagine their work for the live audience,” announced.

Reznor and Ross said: “No headlines are new.
