Top Adviser says Joe Biden in the book

Joe Biden “completely screwed us up”, thinking it was too late to drop out of school and thought it was the 2024 U.S. presidential election, a former top athletic aide to Kamala Harris, who told the author of a new book.

David Plouffe, manager of Barack Obama's winning 2008 campaign and a senior adviser to his White House, was selected to help Harris bid for president after his lowered Biden exited last summer.

Harris' 107-day sprint against Donald Trump was a "fucking nightmare," citing authors Jake Tapper and Alex Thompson as the original sin: President Biden's decline, cover-up, and his disastrous choice to run again. The guardian obtained a copy.

"It's all Byton," Pluff added, reflecting on the former U.S. president's decision to run for reelection, and then clinging for more than three weeks after his disastrous debate performance against Trump had questions about his mental acuity and age. "He fucked us completely."

Plouffe, along with some other former Obama staff, has previously criticized Biden and his role in the Democratic failure. After Harris' defeat, he posted a message on X (formerly known as Twitter) that the Harris campaign has begun in the "Deep Hole". He later deleted his account.

The book describes how Plouffe received calls from donors worried about Biden’s energy reduction, cognitive ability and speaking ability. He imposed responsibilities on the White House and the Democrats if they determined that the then president could win another election and repeatedly told him that he could.

But CNN's chief Washington correspondent Tapper and Axios' national political correspondent Thompson talked to about 200 people, including members of Congress, the White House and campaign insiders. Some people's acumen to Biden and the desperate efforts of his close friends and allies have masked his urgent efforts to deteriorate.

A senior aide resigned from the White House because they didn’t think Biden should run, admitting to the author: “We are trying to protect him from our own staff, so many people are unaware of the extent to which 2023 begins to decline.”

"I love Joe Biden. There are very few politics like him about courtesy. Nevertheless, it's a party for his family and counselors to get him running again."

A prominent Democratic strategist said Biden was determined to seek reelection: "This is a hateful man. He stole the election from the Democratic Party; he stole the election from the American people."

The original crime is one of several eagerly awaited books about the 2024 election and alleged White House conspiracy.

Biden, 82, appears to be trying to seize its revelation on the media last week on BBC Radio 4's Today show and ABC's Talkshow The View. Biden has signed an agency with the Creative Artists Agency and has hired communication strategist Chris Meagher to help his public reputation.

The book believes that, however, the debate in Atlanta on June 27, 2024 is not unusual. From at least 2022, Biden has been increasingly prone to losing his mind and having difficulty remembering the names of top assistants. His speech may be incoherent and difficult to hear. When he was proven unable to provide a two-minute video address without tripping, the assistants took him with two cameras, so the editing was less obvious.

The original sin illustrates how important figures intervene in various ways. Obama visited the White House in 2023 and warned Biden: "Just make sure you can win the game."

Hollywood power agent and important Democratic donor Ari Emanuel long shouted Biden Ally Ron Klain: "Joe Biden can't run for re-election! He needs to drop out! He can't win! Crane admits there is no plan.

Senate Democratic leader Chuck Schumer faced with the president after a debate last July at his home in Rehoboth, Delaware, and called on him to keep his legacy. He warned Biden that if he stayed in the game and lost to Trump, it would be 50 years of "excellent, beautiful works out."

The book reports that Biden put his hand on Schumer's shoulder and told him: "You have a bigger ball than anyone I've ever seen."

Biden resigned on July 21 and quickly recognized Harris, but it was too late. He has helped usher in the fate he most wants to avoid: Trump's return to the White House.
