"The View" co-host Joy Behar already expressed condolences for President Biden's absence from the White House on Thursday, saying, "I miss him already," following the president's farewell address.
"I miss him. He was a good man. You know, he cared about this country for the last 50 years. The other guy (Donald Trump) spent 50 years lying to everybody, you know, and trying to avoid jail . You know who I’m talking about. I really miss Biden and I feel like we’re safe and I don’t have to worry about, can I live my life while he’s here?”
"I wake up every day and worry, what is this guy going to do next?" she said of incoming President-elect Donald Trump.
Biden delivered a farewell speech on Wednesday, taking direct aim at the "oligarchs."

In his farewell address, the president warned Americans of the "dangerous concentration of power in the hands of a tiny number of the ultra-rich."
"I want to warn this country about something that worries me very much. … Power is dangerously concentrated in the hands of a tiny number of the super-rich. If their abuse of power goes unchecked, it will have dangerous consequences," he said.
The liberal media lavished praise on the president's speech, with critics calling it one of the "best," "most memorable" and "sobering" speeches of his life.
MSNBC host Rachel Maddow focused on parts of Biden's speech warning that tech "oligarchy" threatens the country, as well as concerns about press freedom after Meta announced it was ending fact-checking on its social media platform.
"It was naked, sober, and, like I said, it sent shivers down my spine," Maddow said. "I think he's right, and I'm glad he's taking the time to say that."

Behar, a big Biden fan and a major Trump critic, also criticized country music star Carrie Underwood on Tuesday for agreeing to play at Trump's inauguration.
"She said 'I love our country.'" In my opinion, how you love your country, support and normalize a convicted felon who really wants to destroy the country, I don't understand how you can Normalize this convicted felon while saying you love your country? ," Behar said.

"I'm not going to say don't do it because I believe in free speech and everything that goes with it. I personally wouldn't do it. No one has asked me, but that's another story," Behar said, adding Pointing out that she would never perform in person at Trump's inauguration.
