According to a report from the health supervision agency, the staff of the children's hospital was arrested by delayed patients for delaying patients.
Inspectors of the Nursing Quality Committee (CQC) discovered three cases, and the CygNet Joyce Parker Hospital of Kaowen had physical abuse of children.
The report said that the children told the inspectors that "sometimes bent their wrists" or "twisted their knees" to hurt them.
The hospital stated that it continued to "strongly refute" any abuse allegations, and the police terminated investigations in the protection case. Broadcasting Corporation has contacted the Simidezz Police Department to comment.
The hospital is operated by Cygnet Health Care Limited. It has changed its use since the inspection, and now it only provides adult male patients.
After the CQC visited the psychological and health department of 43 beds in July, the inspectors reviewed the recording of CCTV, including three cases of constraints, of which children were abused by the staff.
They said: "In these incidents, the staff dragged children and young people."
"There are no obvious risks for all the three incidents of the censorship, and young people are required to be restrained."
They added that there was no evidence that the staff tried to reduce the situation before restricting their children.
The report said that the videotone determined 12 employees as "passive onlookers" who were not worried.
Four of the seven children they talked to them said that they were "not safe for services."
September, Minister of Health Weis Street said The decision to close children's services was "correct person", and said the department's abuse allegations were "really shocking."
At that time, the hospital acknowledged that "it was not appropriate to use restraint in a very difficult situation."
CQC said that the three warnings were notified to the hospital because they failed to meet the abuse of laws in the restriction case.
CQC said that despite the use of changes, the hospital was still registered to provide psychological health services to children and adolescents.
The hospital is still rated as "need to be improved."
A statement in the hospital said it continued to "strongly refute any abuse allegations."
A spokesman said: "We will continue to work transparently to show us that we are committed to maintaining high standards of care, and look forward to the latest CQC inspection released in October 2024."
The hospital said the police and local protection authorities closed the investigation of many protection events, and the organization would not take any action.
