The judge issued an alarm on the claim and Trump administrators will be sent to deportation to Libya.

Any potential deportation classes heading to Libya or Saudi Arabia would violate court orders if the Trump administration first provides advanced notices to affected illegal immigrants and their attorneys.

The government has not confirmed plans to fly to any country to deportation, but a group of lawyers representing illegal immigrants from countries including Vietnam, Laos and the Philippines claimed in court documents that immigration law enforcement officers told their clients that they would soon be sent to Libya or Sartre Arabia.

Immigration lawyers asked U.S. District Court Judge Brian E. Murphy (nominated by former President Joe Biden) to file a temporary restraining order Wednesday to prevent non-citizens from removing third countries, including but not limited to Libya Arabs, without prior written notice and a meaningful opportunity based on fear. ”

Murphy and immigration lawyers agreed that a motion should not be asked, as deportation of illegal immigrants to Libya without the opportunity to claim violation of the Convention on Torture (CAT) protection would violate his previous court order.

“The preliminary injunction of April 18, 2025 requires the removal of other third countries, among other things, requires written notice to lawyers for non-Western and non-citizens and to present meaningful opportunities based on fear statements based on cat protection for cat protection.” “The amendment to the preliminary injunction on April 30, 2025 further clarifies that the Department of Homeland Security may not evade this ban by controlling controls on non-citizens or enforcing their immigration responsibilities, including but not limited to the Department of Defense.”

“If there is any doubt, the court did not see that it is allegedly about to be removed, as reported by the news agency, as the plaintiff seeks to confirm the class account and public information, would clearly violate the court’s order.”

Fox News Digital contacted the Department of Homeland Security on Thursday morning for comment.

In their request to seek Murphy’s intervention, immigration lawyers cited “shocking reports” from “class members’ advisors and media on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings, and aimed at dismissing from “imminent dismissals” of illegal immigrants in Laos, Vietnamese and Philippines “announced “imminent dismissals” and aimed at dismissals, especially rulers, especially rulers.

“Despair is planned despite not receiving the required notice and opportunity to apply for cat protection,” they wrote.

The lawyer also cited a CNN report claiming publicly available information “indicates that flight C-17 was scheduled to fly from Kellyfield, San Antonio, Texas to Mislata Airport in Libya on Wednesday.”

The Associated Press listed a U.S. official who spoke on Wednesday about the alleged plan to fly immigrants into Libya in military aircraft. The official reportedly had no details on the time of the C-17 flight.

Libya denies report of deportation agreement with the United States

Tripoli-based Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibah said in a statement Wednesday that there was no "deal or coordination" with the U.S. reception of immigrants. However, it said "some parallel parties" could have agreed to accept them.

This appears to refer to its rival government in Eastern Libya, which is controlled by powerful military commander Khalifa Hifter. Libya has been rife with years of disagreement between rival governments in the East and West, each supported by armed groups and foreign governments. The Libyan National Army, led by HIFTER, which controls eastern and southern Libya, also issued a statement denying any agreement or understanding to receive U.S. immigration

President Donald Trump raised questions to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) on Wednesday, according to the Associated Press. DHS Secretary Kristi Noem said at a press conference in Illinois that she “cannot confirm” media reports that the report involved plans to send people to Libya. The State Department told AP it did not “discuss the details of our diplomatic communication with other governments.”
