iOS's local pornographic application came to the European Union through the approved alternative app store Altstore Pal. This is a possible European Digital Market Act (DMA) that makes it possible. On Monday, Altstore announced the launch of Hot Tub, a polymer that provided iOS users with a method of searching and playing videos from various adult websites, including PornHub, XVIDEOS, XNXX and Xhamster.
Although you can always browse the network (including pornographic websites) from the iPhone's web browser, DMA allows application developers to release iPhone and iPad applications through the EU alternative market.
These alternative app store publishers can determine the application type they allow, including applications that will run in the Apple App Store Guide.
As Apple explained in the support document, these applications must still go through the notarization process to meet the "baseline platform integrity standard". However, Apple warned that an alternative store can choose to publish non -standard applications that may include pornography, drugs and alcohol, weapons, hatred speech and other content.
Altstore claims that the approval of the Hot Tub application is the first to be notarized, and the process has been approved to be distributed on the iPhone. Although the content is in nature, the company said that they have no problems to get the approval of the application, although this may be because Apple often pornographic as an example that they must be allowed under DMA now.
According to the Altstore developer Riley Testut, the company will use new opportunities to donate its Patreon income to cause other opportunities for supporting workers and other people in LGBTQ+community in February, including Trevor Project and Red Umbrella Fund.
"We believe that this is the necessary condition for counterattack with politicians, Yuan and others' recent harmful policies. We encourage everyone to help as much as possible," Altstore's account shared in social media posts.
The HOT TUB application itself was developed by the independent developer of the C1D3R and was previously active at the jailbreak. (Bailing is the behavior that breaks through Apple's built -in security protection measures to install unruly applications on the iPhone.)
This application uses itself as a local alternative to pornographic websites, which can protect users from advertising, tracker and spam popping up the effects of the window. The application also has built -in search, gestures, can customize controls, and the functions of bookgers, such as high -level search, filtering and crossing multiple networks.
