BBC News in New York Court
Sean "Diddy" comb's ex-girlfriend Casandra Ventura told the hip-hop tycoon about the sex trafficking trial, he controlled her life and forced her to "humiliate" her sexual behavior.
The prosecutor’s star witness testified that in the so-called “freak” she suffered so-called physical and emotional abuse at the hands of the rapper, or the sexual encounters the couple had with their male escorts.
Family and friends have appeared in court to support Mr. Combs, who has not yet asked Ms. Ventura.
Mr Combs pleaded not guilty to allegations of conspiracy, sexual trafficking and traffic to engage in prostitution, including blackmail.

The prosecutor first asked Ms. Ventura one of the two central witnesses in the case - about her 11-year timely relationship with Mr. Combs.
Now 38 years old, pregnant with her third child, she was an aspiring singer at the time of 19, and he was 37.
His record company would later sign Ms. Ventura as an artist, and soon after, their romantic relationship began.
At the time, she testified that she felt she was in a monogamous relationship, even though she now knows that he has other girlfriends.
She said she "falls in love" with "entrepreneurs and musicians who are bigger than life." She said, but soon after she noticed the other side of him.
Ms. Ventura said Mr. Coms wanted to "control" her life. She said he paid for her home, her car, cell phone and other technology, and sometimes he would bring "punishment" her.
"From the way I see it to the job I'm doing, control is everything," Ms. Ventura said.
Eventually, control turned into violence, she claimed. Ms. Ventura testified that Mr. Combs often “slammed my head on my head, knocked me down, kicked me and kicked me” and sometimes shed tears.
She claimed her lips were swollen, lips on her forehead, dark eyes and knots.
Prosecutors spent hours on Tuesday asking Ms. Ventura about the so-called "freak".
Ms. Ventura told the court how Mr. Coms introduced her to the sexual incident during her first year in a relationship. When Mr Combs watches, they hire male escorts or strippers to have sex with Ms. Ventura.
Ms. Ventura told the court that she first tried to meet to make Mr. Coms “happy”. But she said they humiliated her, sometimes for three to four days.
“I feel very scared about myself,” she told the court, wiped her tears. “It makes me feel worthless.”
Ms. Ventura told the court that she never wanted to have sex with anyone other than Mr. Coms and claimed she would take multiple drugs – marijuana, ecstasy and ketamine – to help her show Mr. Combs’ satisfaction, but could also be “disconnected.”
The drugs, she said, are “a way to not feel it” and “having sex with a stranger, I really don’t want to have sex with a stranger.”
When the prosecutor put pressure on Ms. Ventura about the “freak”, she told the court how Mr. Coms would direct her to find a male escort, stripper or dancer to have sex with him while watching.
She claimed Mr. Combs' cash ranged from $1,500 to $6,000 in cash based on their performance.
They found these people through strippers’ companies and websites like Craigslist. Some of their photos were shown to jurors, including Daniel Phillip, who completed his testimony earlier Tuesday.
Ms. Ventura and Mr. Coms have statements in cities around the world, including Los Angeles, New York, Las Vegas and Ivegas, Spain, where Ms. Ventura testified.
Sometimes, she claims, men will be driven during the holidays, and Mr. Coms will direct her to ask staff to pay for the trip and arrange travel, calling them new employees.
Among other allegations, the prosecutor tried to prove that Mr. Combs was engaged in sexual trafficking - trafficking in persons for sexual exploitation purposes - transporting transport for prostitution.
When the prosecutor pressed Ms. Ventura to obtain graphic details, a key element emerged: Ms. Ventura claimed that Mr. Combs controlled each part of the encounter.
Ms. Ventura told the juror that he chose the clothes she wore - the high heels that lasted for hours and the sexual behavior and lighting that took place.
"If Sean wanted something to happen, it would be what would happen," she said. "I can't say no."
Sometimes, she said, Ms. Ventura said she would lead the lead in hiring male escorts because Mr. Combs was “very busy” but she just did it in his direction.
She said that freaks have very specific "patterns" of sexual behavior every time.
"He is controlling the whole situation," she claimed. "He is guiding it."
Ms. Ventura said that sometimes she tried to tell Mr. Coms that she felt "terrible". But when he refuted her concerns, she said she gave up, worried that he would be angry or question their relationship.
Ms. Ventura is expected to continue her testimony on Wednesday, when she can face cross-examination.
