Swiss billionaire Hansjörg Wyss faces sexual harassment lawsuits from employees

Swiss billionaire and liberal Hansjörg Wyss faces a lawsuit for sexual harassment by a current California-formed female employee who claims Wyss groped her, shared unnecessary information about his sexual past, and then eventually retaliated against her as she denies her progress.

In a lawsuit filed in San Luis Obispo County last month, former Wyss employee Madison Busby claimed that the 89-year-old Wyss “deliberately put his hand on Ms. Busby’s butt and groped her: “She first introduced him in 2019 by future husband Bryce Mullins.

"Mr. Weiss went on to tell Mr. Mullins how to see "Mr. Busby's butt in the clothes she was wearing," the lawsuit states.

Mullins works at the suspender shed brewery owned by Paso Robles’s Wyss, where Boothby finally started working in 2021. Busby didn't speak at first due to concerns that Mullins would lose his job or stand.

Over the next few years, the lawsuit accused Wyss of other harassment, including “making several sexual claims,” including telling her “how much he likes the trio” and suggesting that they engage in “four.”

"In 2021 and 2022, Mr. Wyss often shared unpopular stories about his sexual exploitation and various affairs with other women," the lawsuit states. "In 2021, Mr. Wys told Ms. Busby and Mr. Mullins about many sexual matters outside of marriage and said that the matter was not wrong. He further stated that Americans were "too nervous" with those who had affairs."

Other allegations include Wyss telling Busby to go to the cinema with a woman named "Lori" and meeting a man he doesn't know and "has a blowjob with him" before returning to her apartment and owning a threesome.

Wyss allegedly "Ms. Busby did live video of Lori when Mr. Wyss had a phone sex with her" and told Busby "he had a phone sex with Lori frequently and she could only get from 'Dirty Talk.

"He went on to tell Ms. Busby that he usually had phone sex with Lori at Holt Ranch because his wife was not around," the lawsuit said. "Mr. Wyss mentioned to Ms. Busby that he wanted them to be with him 'FaceTime'Lori."

A Halter Winery spokesman refuted the allegations as “incorrect”, telling Fox News Digital that they “intentionally push hard to push the fact that Mr. Mullins and Ms. Busby were around the brewery and the time they left.”

"Since 2019, Mr. Mullins and his current wife volunteered to belong to the backless winery community and took advantage of the generosity of their owners," the spokesman continued. "This includes the decision to be an employee of the brewery, opting to live for many years, frequent travel with the owners to Europe, the Caribbean and elsewhere, asking the owner and his wife to host their wedding parties and invite the owners to be best groomsmen as groomsmen. Over the years, they have never stood out in the actions of all of these people, or in the actions of all of them, until they stand out in the actions of all of them.

According to the lawsuit, Wyss knows his actions could be a legal issue for him, and he told Busby at some point in 2022: "If you hunt me for sexual harassment, you will win."

When Busby and Mullins began evacuating and decided to move to a smaller house on the property to ensure Wyss couldn't live with them when he visited, the lawsuit alleged that Wyss alleged that he had retaliated against them, forcing her to cut her salary and insisted that the couple pay the rent.

Busby resigned from her position and sent a letter the day she left outlined her "continuous behavior and anxiety and pain due to the consequences of this behavior."

Complaint filed in April alleges Wyss sexually harassment, retaliation, unlawful firing, intentional emotional distress and sexual assault.

Wyss also faces lawsuits from Mullins, who said the billionaire “suddenly terminated” his job after Busby’s complaint, despite taking him out of ranch jobs from the East Coast and Mullins, who once had a promise, would “full control over the death of the sling box company against Mr Wyss.”

Fox News Digital contacted Busby's legal team for comment.

A Wyss Foundation spokesman told Fox News Digital: "The Wyss Foundation and the Berger Action Fund are not involved. The charity activities organized are completely separate from those of Halter Ranch."
