A 23-year-old Malibu, California man was ordered by a judge this week to be tried on charges of murder and vehicle homicide, a year and a half ago that killed four Pepperdine students.

Niamh Rolston, 20, Peyton Stewart, 21, Asha Weir, 21, and Deslyn Williams, 21, are all sisters and were killed in the crash.

Bohm allegedly happened around 8:30 p.m. when he was allegedly called "Dead Man's Curve" on a section of the Pacific Coast Expressway and crashed into three parked cars.

The station reported that witnesses provided conflicting records about Bohm's driving before the crash.

Bohm's lawyer, Michael Kraut of Kraut Law Group, told Fox News Digital that he had been a prosecutor for 15 years and had never seen such cases, such as "the man was convicted of murder and I was in a homicide case."

Tiktoker's speeding BMW killed six farm workers, avoiding a 55-year sentence.

"It is a very low standard to tie you up for a trial through a preliminary hearing," he added. "It's not the highest standard, it's undoubtedly in the trial."

Claut said one of the witnesses admitted to chasing Baum in a highway rage, saying he contributed to the crash.

He added that witnesses confirmed the client's claim that "70 miles per hour, not 104 miles" before the crash, and every fact he gave was confirmed. ”

Claut added: "Someone is directly glittering with the lights and he has to move them away, which is shown in a video, someone pulls into the middle of the middle."

The lawyer added a "woman who saw those lights in front of him, she moved a little over a part of the driveway and tweeted at him, which shocked him and it made him in. That was when the crash happened."

"It's a terrible case for everyone - victims, family," he said. "It's a terrible event. My client's family and my client are bothered by what happened. But this issue holds my client responsible for the level of crime he promises (if any) and not just murder."
