The Supreme Court unanimously backed a law that could ban TikTok from the U.S. until Sunday unless its Chinese owners sell it. The court said TikTok's popularity made it a threat to national security. But the Biden administration has said it will not implement the law and will leave it to the incoming Trump administration to determine next steps. President-elect Trump said he spoke with Chinese President Xi Jinping today about TikTok. NBC News' Savannah Sellers and Laura Jarrett report.
