CrveendGo, a fundraiser on the crowdsourcing website, raised over $15,000 for a temple college student who aims to fight Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy.
The student Mo Khan posted a sign in the Barstool Sansom Street Bar with the words "F --- Jews" after Portnoy accused Khan of posting a video to his Instagram story.
Portnoy initially offered to send students to Auschwitz to learn about the Holocaust in response to his role in the incident, but Khan refused. Instead, the 21-year-old is raising funds for grivendgo.

However, the video posted on X, Khan received a community note after Portnoy disputed the student’s narrative about what happened.
Jacob Wells, co-founder of Givesendgo, told Fox News Digital that it will “study” the effectiveness of the campaign.
“We want to make sure the campaign is as real as possible so that we can take the controversy seriously, we have a verification team that we can look at, and we’re happy to see that,” Wells said.
“The fact of every movement around the nth degree is not necessarily our responsibility or work, so there is a balance there, but we will be committed to the verification process… We will definitely be committed to the campaign because we will do anything else and in making sure it is real because it can be placed on the platform like ours.”
Wells added that if Khan misrepresented the events leading up to his fundraising campaign in the campaign summary, it could be “a justification for cancelling the campaign.”
"Probably. I hate to make assumptions because there are a lot of variables in these cases," Wells said.
“If there is a downright example in the campaign story, it will definitely be in the campaign story, and that is definitely a violation of the terms of service and we will seriously consider the removal.”

Khan claimed in his video that he had nothing to do with bringing the sign to the bar, but was just "reporting" it on it. Khan also expressed anti-Israel belief in the roar.
“Although I had nothing to do with the sign that appeared and I didn’t know who did it, I knew the sign was provocative because it reminded people of many injustices that Israel did around the world, which led me to report it,” Khan said, later adding: “Israel killed thousands of people every day!”
Portnoy reposted Khan's video, arguing Khan and calling the students "scammers."
"This guy is a flat liar. I talked to him on the phone with his partner, and they both owned it and cried about it. He then ruled after talking to his family."
After that, Khan responded to Portnoy on X and made the founder's claim that the student retained a lawyer and cried over the phone.
The initial community notes about Khan's post read: "This story is different from what he originally told Dave Portnoy, and the point where Portnoy calls him a "scammer," and includes links to Portnoy's response, as well as an article from the New York Post that covers the exchange.
However, the post appears to have a new community comment that points to a different factor in the Khan history related to the incident.
The new community notes now read: “Several incidents of Mo Khan committing anti-Semitic behavior have surfaced online, including his Jewish students at Temple University abandoning a quarter.” The new comments include links to the NBC Philadelphia story about the incident, but the article does not mention Khan’s past anti-Semitic behavior.
Nevertheless, the new note also noted that Khan conducted an interview on a podcast run by Stew Peters, who is well known to have announced and spread anti-Semitic beliefs in “dontbeajew.com”, which includes operating the website.
Temple University President John Fry appeared to condemn Khan's interview in a statement.

"Yesterday, we realized that a student participated in an interview with a media person with a history of producing extreme anti-Semitism and racist content," Fry said. "The content of this interview is both shocking and offensive. Anti-Semitism is not tolerated in Temple."
Temple confirmed that it would suspend two students as part of an investigation into the matter. Khan said he had been suspended from university.
Khan has not been charged with any crime. Philadelphia Shelves Said they are gathering information about events earlier this week.
