Jane Doe 4 claims that Robinson first sexually assaulted her in 2007, the first year she started working for herself, while Frances Robinson served as housekeeper, personal assistant, Cook and barber. She claimed Robinson raped her from Los Angeles with him at his home in Las Vegas. She claimed Robinson “often causes a situation or seizes the opportunity to be alone with JD4 at his Chatsworth residence.”

She claimed that the alleged behavior “has been on until the day she decided to resign with the defendant.”
