SkyShowtime launches Spanish drama Nails

sky show time Announcing that production is underway on its new comedy series "nail,” the third original series commissioned in Spain.

Nails tells the story of four women from different backgrounds and ages who meet regularly at a nail salon and form a transformative friendship. The quartet are overwhelmed by social pressure to be "perfect," which prompts them to question their lives and identities. As they struggled with chronic stress, they decided to rebel against their circumstances, which led to emotional turmoil for the family. This rebellion eventually led to the founding of the Free Women's Club, a safe space designed to help other women cope with their challenges.

Filmed between Madrid and Bilbao, the series stars Cristina Castaño ("Toyboy"), Marimar Vega ("The Desire Trap"), Gracia Olayo ("Messiah"), Teresa Cuesta ("Machos Alfa" ") ), Fernando Tejero ("The Man Who Comes"), Javier Anton ("Vaya Semanita"), Juanjo Cucalon ("Amar es para siempre") and Raúl Merida ("Regreso a Las Sabinas").

This series consists of Araceli Alvarez de SotomayorHe also writes and directs the film, which is produced by the Spanish Federation in partnership with Telemundo Studios and SkyShowtime.
