It was a big night for Caden Klein, who won the 100m and 200m dash and ranked second in the 400.
His career best time scored 10.67 seconds in 100 times Pella's Harrison Mullens (10.68), his career best time scored 200 with his career best 21.55. Mullens ranked second in 22.09.
Klein's career best 48.54 ranked second in the 400, with Mullens winning at 48.49.
Now Klein is third in the 3A class in the 100th, with Nick Thomason earning a double-pointer from Newton in the 3rd place at the best of 10.92 in the career. He ranks 14th in the 3A.
Klein's latest time in 200 games made him the top of the 3A, while Christian Ergenbright ranked third in the career best 22.15 and 13th in the 3A.
Klein is now ranked fourth in the 400, and Klein (3A) is also ranked fourth in the 100 and 21.55, and is also 21.55 in 200 new games.
The Cardinal also sets new records in the 4x200 and 4x400 relays.
Ali Yahia, Ergenbright, Thomason and Klein completed 4x400 in 3 minutes and 23.04 seconds. Ranked second in 3A, the best time of the season, taking up 4 seconds.
Thomason, Reilly Trease, Yahia and Ergenbright won the game at 1:28.24. Newton has the fastest 4x200 time in 3A, but the fastest time on Bound is 1:28.19.
Newton ranked third in the other two relays, with a total of five events.
Austin Arauz, Drew Bauer, Cade Bauer and Trease's shuttle obstacle relay finished at 1:00.45, their second best time of the season.
Thomason, Trease, Ergenbright and Yahia joined forces in the Sprint Medley relay and ranked third at 1:35.
The other two people's victory was won in the live game. Isaiah Hansen achieved a huge career best in the high jump, jumping 6-foot-4. That was the personal best four-inch, ranked ninth in the 3a.
Despite a career-best score of 6-0, Cade Bauer tops the list outside the top six.
Nick Milburn and Koltt Ahn scored 1-4 in shot put. Milburn shot 55-7 1/4 from the field, while Ahn had a career-best throw of 46-4 1/4.
Although in both competitions, Ball and Zach Felten ranked sixth in 400 obstacles and discus respectively. Bauer finished 400 obstacles in 57.02 seconds, while Felten reached 148-1 in the discus match.
notes: Despite winning only three games, Indiana is second in the team rankings. The Indians were 1-2 in the discus match and set a new match record in 4x100 (42.57). …Pella's Canaan Dunham sets new match records in 800, 1600 and 3200 to lead the Dutch to the team championship. Pella (1:32.97) set a race record in the Sprint Medley relay, with Dunham having a race record time of 1:58.03, 800 in 1,600, 4:15.93 and 9:32.50 in 3200.
