Sir Jim Ratcliffe missed Men's United in the Women's FA Cup final in the second year

Manchester United Minority owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe missed his second straight year after not watching the women's team in the FA Cup final on Sunday.

CEO Omar Berrada co-chair Avie Glazer and technical director Jason Wilcox were present last year, with Chelsea winning domestic high notes with a 3-0 winner.

When commenting via ESPN, Manchester United said Ratcliffe's absence was a problem with Ineos, not football clubs.

Last season, the Ineos head did not appear in the women's team in a 4-0 victory over Tottenham Hotspur and failed to reappear as the holder faced Chelsea.

He attended Stamford Bridge as the man was scheduled to clash with the Women's FA Cup final but was moved to allow fans to play in two games. This is the first time the Premier League has been rescheduled to fit the women's game.

Ratcliffe faced severe criticism of his treatment of the women's team, and was under fire for lack of commitment to the team.

"Honestly, I don't know why Jim isn't here, but we're really representative." "Omar (Berrada) is there, and the Glazer family is strongly supported, and so is Jason (Wilcox).

“I know we’re trying to find a story, but we just lost the final. These are the people I deal with every day.

"The reality is that what needs to happen is the investment of the team, not the visibility. As long as our team invests in it, we need to close that gap. Omar is the key player in what we do. Jason is the key player in football, they are here. They are here. I know this angle, and I don't know (Sir Jim Ratcliffe) continues to support our support. It needs to be shown in the right way in the summer."

Chelsea's latest investor, Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian, who bought an reported 8-10% stake in the women's club for about £20 million ($26 million) to support the women's Premier League champion, his wife tennis legend Serena Williams and daughter.
