Shudder teams up with Arrow Video for physical media release

Shudder is partnering with Arrow Video to bring several of its films to physical media.

The horror-themed streaming service has signed a deal with the UK-based media company to produce limited-edition physical versions of eight films from its extensive film catalog. Titles to be released include: Ole Bornedal’s Nightwatch (1994), Rob Jabbaz’s The Sadness (2021), Joseph and Vanessa Winter’s Deadstream (2022), Christian Tafdrup’s Speak No Evil (2022), Michelle Garza Cervera’s Huesera: The Bone Woman” (2022) The Addams Family’s “Hell Man” (2021), Bonedahl’s “Damon Forever” (2023) and Jennifer Reed’s “The Wrecker” (2023).

Hellraiser is the only film to be released exclusively in the U.S., with Night Watch, Evil Dead and Hellraiser all having dual releases in the U.S. and UK. The rest of the films are currently only available in the U.S. All UK films are A limited edition Blu-ray set is released, but Grief will also be released in 4K. Although an official release date has yet to be confirmed, Arrow says the first games in partnership with Shudder will launch in the summer of 2025.
