Baron Real Estate Fund highlighted stocks such as Wynn Resorts, Limited (NASDAQ:WYNN) in its first-quarter 2025 investor letter. Wynn Resorts, Limited (NASDAQ: WYNN) owns and operates resorts operated through Wynn Palace, Wynn Macau, Las Vegas and Encore Boston Harbour segments. Wynn Resorts (NASDAQ:WYNN) has a one-month return of 30.39%, and its shares account for 0.39% of its value over the past 52 weeks. On May 14, 2025, Wynn Resorts, Ltd. (NASDAQ: Wynn) shares closed at $97.49 per share, with a market value of $10.19 billion.

Baron Real Estate Fund pointed out the following about Wynn Resorts, Limited (NASDAQ: WYNN) in its 2025 investor letter:

“Wynn Resort, Ltd. (NASDAQ:WYNN) is an outstanding luxury global owner and operator of integrated resorts (hotel and casino resorts). We are optimistic about the company's prospects for the development of Wynn Al Marjan Island in the UAE (it is expected to open in early 2027). We believe that the UAE is the most exciting integrated resort development market in decades.
