The report contains descriptions of physical and sexual violence.
During Thursday’s cross-examination, Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura details federal sex trafficking and targeting hip-hop tycoon Mogul Sean “Diddy” combed through their group sexual encounters, the extent of drug use, and how she herself feels about the comb.
Thursday marks the fourth day in New York for COMBS. Ventura continues to testify, claiming patterns of gender coercion, drug use and physical abuse.
Combs faces three major allegations of sexual trafficking, extortion and traffic prostitution. Combs' defense denied that he committed these crimes.
Anna Estevao, a Combs defense attorney, tried to determine a loving relationship between the two, while Ventura anticipated and planned some "freaks". Ventura described the events as a comb instructing Ventura to take various drugs and hired male prostitutes to have sex with her while watching.
The defense relied on text messages between two pairs of Ventura saying she was “can’t wait”, “freak”, she was “always ready” and she loved them when “we both want them.” These texts also refer to text and graphics advertising rooms, supplies and escorts.
Ventura said the words were "just words."
She was earlier in the testimony "Damage control" so that she knows when it happens. She also said she loved him and tried to make him happy. Ventura said she spent most of her time "freaks" or recovering from a person. Ventura said that if she refuses, the comb will become violent.
On Thursday, she said, “Freaks” were like a job and she hated them, especially when the comb was recorded.
The defense asked Ventura about the mentality in some violent plots of the comb, but did not explicitly contact both.
In an open statement, Combs' lawyers acknowledged Combs' wrongdoing in a 2016 video released by CNN last year. Cambra (Ventura) along the hotel corridor along the comb display, throwing her to the ground, kicking, dragging and hitting her.
On Thursday, Ventura said the two drugs were widely used throughout the relationship, and the comb tried to get them to park in several places but never passed through a rehabilitation facility.
She added that he often experiences withdrawal symptoms such as irritability, but is not sure if he has received interest in the events he showed on the hotel video.
In its opening speech earlier this week, defense attorney Teny Geragos called it "jealousy and infidelity."
On Thursday, Estevao said Combs often saw women of all kinds, while Ventura often complained that she was not the "main girlfriend".
Ventura said she was not publicly public in the first few years of her relationship, which troubled her, and the comb was also involved with Kim Porter, the mother was a child of several combs.
Estevao added that Ventura hopes the relationship is more about sex. Ventura said in her 2009 text that Combs treated her like she was just a "person with your fantasy, that's it."
Ventura has been together for 11 years and she has never completely felt like having a comb and his family of seven children.
She also said that she is usually expected to be monogamous with combs, but the other way around is not. Ventura said she started dating rapper Kid Cudi when she broke down with the comb, but she ended it in less than a month when the comb started threatening him. Cudi told 2023 The New York Times The moment he saw Ventura, his car exploded in the driveway.
