Comb enters court

The comb entered the court at about 8:51 a.m. in a sweater (bee or light gray), top and shirt, and appeared to be khaki pants.

His mother and six children sat in the second row behind the defense. He gave them a thumbs up, made a heart shape with his hands, and blew a kiss. The children smiled and fists.

The comb is worn on the glasses and requires more water.

Comb rejected a plea deal a few days before trial

Comb rejects a plea deal, which was proposed in the last pretrial hearing No guilty For all counts, including transportation engaged in prostitution and sexual trafficking.

During pre-trial May 1Judge Arun Subramanian asked Combs to confirm that he had a sound mind, not any drugs. He then asked Combs if he rejected the proposal for prosecution.

"Yes, I do," Combs said.

Details of what is provided in the potential plea agreement were not provided.

Trial timetable

The opening statement of Sean "Diddy" comb is expected to begin today in federal court in Lower Manhattan.

First, the jury must be sworn in.

The first week of trial procedures are expected to be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, and then from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily for the next few weeks.

The trial is expected to last between eight and ten weeks.
