Schumer

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer announced Tuesday that he demanded a response from the Trump administration to the giant jet gift from the Qatar royal family, which Democrats called it a "serious national security threat."

"The Katari administration has given Donald Trump $400 million in private jets, and it is so corrupt that even Putin will give double contributions. This is not only naked corruption, but also a serious national security threat."

He added: “So, given the disturbing news that may have emerged from the Air Force One, which is funded by Katari, and also reports that the Attorney General personally signed this obviously immoral agreement, I declare holdings for all the Justice Department political candidates until we get more answers.”

A White House spokesman told Fox News that “Senator Schumer and his anti-law and order parties prioritize politics over the critical Justice Department appointments, hindering President Trump’s agenda to secure security again”, “Cryin’Chuck must end the antics, stop the stone walls of the Senate and prioritize Americans’ safety and civil rights.”

Trump defended the United States' preparation to accept a giant jet gift from the Qatar royal family as a temporary air force alone as Boeing failed to launch a new Air Force fleet in time.

"We're very disappointed that it took Boeing so long to build a new Air Force," Trump said Monday morning. "You know, we have a 40-year-old Air Force One. If you look at this, compared to the same new aircraft at the time, it's even the same ball."

On Sunday morning, reports were reported that the Trump administration is expected to accept the $400 million Boeing 747-8 Jumbo Jet from the Qatar royal family. ABC News reported that Trump will use the plane until the end of his term, when he handed it to his presidential library.

Schumer said in a speech Tuesday that he called on the Justice Department’s Foreign Agent Registration Act (FARA) units to disclose all actions by people with foreign agents in the U.S. Katari, “this could benefit President Trump or the Trump Organization.”

"The Justice Department has not been doing its job with Farah since Attorney General Bondy was in charge of responsibility. The Farah unit needs to enforce the law and not only introduce the public to all activities in all activities, but also involves all transactions from the Middle East and President Trump, his family and the Trump organization," he said.

"Second, the American people should know the facts about this multi-billion-dollar private jet deal. President Trump told the American people that it was "free planes." Does that mean that the Qataris are delivering a plane on the date of the now established security measures?" Schumer continued.

"If so, who installed these security measures, how do we know they were installed correctly? Why are we risking trusting any foreign country to do this sensitive job? If not, what security modifications are needed to ensure a foreign air force is safely used by a safe air force? Schumer yelled in the Senate.

"The Attorney General must testify before the House and the Senate to explain why Donald Trump's private jets do not violate the Emerolos clause (requires Congressional approval) or any other moral law," Schumer declared. "Unless the Attorney General explains her blatantly powerless decision and we have a complete and comprehensive answer to these and other issues, I will put all political nominees on the Justice Department."
