Viewmont 17, Alta 2

Viewmont (8-14) soared in the late stages to win, beating Alta (7-14) 17-2 in the region. Viewmont found big strides in the early stages and ran several times later in the game. The Vikings' offense was hit in time, helping Hawks gain command leadership.

Brighton 17, Wasage 15

Brighton (8-13) surpassed Vasage (8-18) in the 5A playoff game, winning 17-15 with nine runs in the third overtime. Audrey Fleckenstein provided a key performance of triple and five RBIs, while Olivia Issowitz hit three with two RBIs. Wasatch led 4-0 after three innings, but despite their own six-game rally in the third overtime, it struggled to curb the blast in Brighton.

Spanish Fork 15, Granger 0

Audrey's two doubles and three RBIs scored 2-3, defeating Granger 15-0 in the 5A playoff non-regional match and defeating the Spanish Fork 15-0 (14-12). The Spanish Fork advanced with 10 runs in the first round and another four more in the second round. Jade Romero contributed 2 with two home runs and three RBIs.

Cyprus 18, Kearns 2

Cyprus (13-11) led the offensive charge with nine runs in the second inning and beat Kearns (4-13) 18-2 in the 5A playoffs. Cyprus's Breelyn Garcia scored 2 points with 2-2 and showed off her pitching ability with five strikeouts. Kearns managed to score second only to two in the third inning, but couldn't score from Cyprus in this non-regional showdown.

Cedar Valley 15, Skyline 5

Cedar Valley (15-12) dominated the 5A playoff game by 15-5 beating Skyline (12-15), led by Jeslyn Collins, who recorded four RBIs on the plate with a 2-2 score. The pilots soared in the third in six innings and added two runs in the fourth and fifth innings. Despite the lead 2-0 first, the Eagles were unable to keep pace as the Cedar Valley continues to take advantage of their opportunities.

Clairefield 15, Woods Cross 0

Clairefield (14-8) showed an advantage in the 5A playoffs, beating Woods Cross 15-0 (7-13). Jenna Lloyd scored 2-3 on the plate and 4 RBIs, while Lyla Leonhardt contributed with her two doubles and 2 RBIs. Clearfield scored 2 runs in the first inning before winning the second inning with 13.

Bonneville 13, East 11

In the 5A playoffs, Bonneville (7-16) defeated East (13-11) with a 13-11 victory. Bonneville led the way with four runs in the fifth, and scored four more games in the seventh, while the later rally in the East was absent, despite three games in the sixth and seventh innings respectively. Peyton Johnson led Bonneville to five strikeouts and three runs, while East relied on Martinez's single home run to contribute to his scoring.

Hunter 12, Northridge 7

Hunter (7-12) surged late in the decisive game, earning 12 runs in the fifth inning, beating Northridge (7-14) 12-7 in the non-regional 5A playoff game. Kaylee Shirrefs scored 2 points 2-4 in Northridge, while Hunter's K Lapuaho hit a three-inning home run and 2-2 on the plate with four RBIs. K Lawrence threw four strikeouts to end the Wolverines' game.
