Reform MPs install solar energy to save bills as political parties call renewable energy a "mass scam" | UK reform

Reform MP Rupert Lowe installed solar panels on his farm to save energy bills, although his party promised to tax solar and claimed renewable energy was more expensive.

Nigel Farage's party is accused of hypocrisy because Lowe also runs a company that installs batteries for renewable energy projects, which describes Solar Energy as a good way to reduce electricity bills method.

Reform deputy leader Richard Tice described renewable energy as a "huge scam" on Thursday as the party announced plans to tax solar farms and ban battery storage systems, which was dangerous. If the party wins the next election, Tice promises to "scrap change and zero."

But Lowe, who owns Ravenswell Farm in Cheltenham, recently installed solar panels and battery storage systems on his land.

Lowe's Cotswolds Farm provides training grounds for leading racer Fergal O'Brien. His mechanical installation company Lowe & Oliver provides racing centers with renewable energy systems to save O'Brien's electricity bill.

In an article celebrating successful facilities on the company's website, it wrote: "Not surprisingly, the activity and operation of the venue uses a lot of electricity and with the speed of tariffs...the installation of solar panels is the most effective option Reduce costs in the long run.”

Lowe & Oliver added: “In order to maximize the self-consumption of solar PV power generated on site, battery storage was also specified, so they installed three batteries to store solar energy.

Lowe & Oliver said the racing company is expected to generate one-third of the electricity from these panels.

Law told The Guardian that he was “a privilege to be involved in a wide range of business, which gave me a proper understanding of how to create jobs and how to generate wealth”, adding: falling into such a regrettable mess.

"My view? Clean energy is very important, but it should be generated responsibly, which will not bankrupt the country and replace our economy, especially when China, India and others charge through coal. Fracturing and nuclear Nuclearity is key, and failure to properly explore these choices is a humiliation for the British institution. Every decision made must have the interests of the British people.”

A Labour spokesman said: "Reformed energy plans have become a complete joke. They want to surrender to the UK's energy security, raise people's energy bills and disrupt work. Although their own MPs obviously continue to grow rapidly from the UK Profitable in the renewable energy sector, but they hope to deny that the British people have the opportunity to benefit.”

"If we can power the national grid from reform hypocrisy, we will be for life.

“It’s not just their hypocrisy, it’s shocking, but the absolute stupidity of the policy will undermine Britain’s energy security and make us more dependent on Putin’s Russia.

“This breathtaking nonsense reminds people that reform is not serious, it is not patriotic, nor the side of British peasants.”
