Randall is honestly with Minnesota

Julius Randle had a great game in the 2025 playoffs and was arguably the Timberwolves' best player on the Anthony Edwards. Of course, this is not a problem for them, because they are the star players of the team.

It's a great run by Timberwolves, but it's been a long time. Coach Chris Finch challenged them at the start of the season to continue proving their due Western Conference Finals campaign in 2024.

Timberwolves is the most impressive team in the 2025 playoffs. They sent Golden State Warriors and Los Angeles Lakers in five games to consolidate their place at the Western Conference.

They are now waiting for the winner between the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Denver Nuggets. This is a precious moment for the Timberwolves as they can prepare for any opponent, thus giving Finch plenty of time.

Finch always has high expectations for the Timberwolves

Expectations are confusing as Timberwolves made a sensational deal for Julius Randle and Donte Divincenzo in the 2024 offseason. This is not the case for the team, as Finch challenges the training camp.

Disappointingly, they started a bit slow, but Randle and Divincenzo tried to adjust to the new system in a short time. They finally made great strides in the second half of the season.

The Timberwolves still have the upper hand on this momentum, especially after defeating star teams such as the Lakers and Warriors. This proves the team’s roster building and Finch’s inspirational coaching.

"We've had a season full of adversity. The coach said at the end of the regular season that we didn't do anything when it comes to trading or sacking the coach, we just stuck together."Randall talks about the Timberwolves. "We've had a place together, so I'm very proud of our team. Everyone stepped up in some form and we got #8 and we have to keep moving forward."

Timberwolves will continue to work hard to win

It's a long road for the Timberwolves, especially after struggling in the first half of the season. They did a great job in the second half, with players like Randle and Rudy Gobert doing well.

The team is ready to maintain the highest level of competition in the Western Conference Finals. The Timberwolves are one of the top four teams in the league, and they know where they belong.

The Timberwolves have a talented and coached team that has a bright future. The NBA finals are a big possibility because they have a chance to win a series against the Thunder or the Nuggets. Now, Timberwolves, especially their motivation, are now possible.
