PayC provides wage and human capital management software for U.S. businesses with 50 to 10,000 employees, with the goal of helping companies provide employees from recruitment to retirement. Together with payroll, PayCom offers time and attendance, talent management and welfare solutions. They proved to be popular with customers, including many who just started boarding the plane last quarter.
In terms of earnings, PAYC's first quarter report for 2025 showed that quarterly total revenue was $531 million, a year-on-year increase of 6%. Recurring and other revenues reached $500 million, reflecting a 7% increase. PayC held $521 million, had no debt, and returned $21 million to shareholders through dividends in the first quarter, as well as $5 million in stock buybacks (another about $1.5 billion in plans). The company also directs higher, requiring annual revenue to grow by 8% year-on-year.
