Rams owner Stan Kroenke will set up a film studio next to Sofi Stadium in Inglewood, which will serve as an international broadcast center for the 2028 Olympics.
Construction will begin with studios and production facilities that begin in the summer, which will house hundreds of broadcasters from around the world that have gained the right to cover the Los Angeles Summer Olympics, Crohnke said Tuesday.
After the game, a facility called Hollywood Park Studio will be used to produce movies, TV shows and other works and may host live broadcasts.
The development is part of Hollywood Park, a multi-billion dollar complex built on a former horse racing track, also known as Hollywood Park, which includes stadiums, apartments, theaters, offices, offices, shops and restaurants.
A luxury hotel is being built there and more developments are considered, including grocery stores and medical offices.
Kroenke's organization hopes the Olympic focus will increase the appeal of Hollywood Park Studios as a center for entertainment production in the future.
“We hope it will be recognized worldwide,” said Alan Bornstein, who is responsible for the development of Kroenke Studios.
Bornstein said the studio is part of the overall Hollywood Park development program, which focuses on media, entertainment and technology, hosted by Sofi Stadium, YouTube Theatre and the NFL Media Office building.
"The integration of media, technology and sports is growing, and it's all about entertainment concepts distributed across multiple channels," Bernstein said.
The first phase of Hollywood Park Studios will cover 12 acres and will consist of five scales, each covering 18,000 square feet, two of which can be opened to a 36,000 square feet phase.
The complex will have a three-story 80,000-square-foot office building to support phase, production and post-production activities. The studio will feature a dedicated open base camp where trucks, equipment and cast trailers are placed, as well as a parking structure that can accommodate 1,100 cars. Future developments may include up to 20 stages and 200,000 square feet of related office space.
Bernstein said that as demand emerges, additional phases will be established to suit future tenants, and he refused to estimate how much the studio complex will cost.
Although demand for sound stations exceeded supply a few years ago, production has slowed down recently and weakened current demand for them.

According to a recent report by Tilmla, the report is tracking live shooting days in the Greater Los Angeles area, which is a further sign of the continued slowdown in Hollywood production, which further suggests further signs of continued slowdown in Hollywood production.
This is down from 2023, with an average regional occupancy rate of 69%. That year, the double strike between writers and actors paralyzed the local production economy for several months.
Bornstein said access to Hollywood-class production facilities is part of Kroenke's goal to combine sports, entertainment and media with around the world.
In addition to the Rams, Kroenke is also the owner of the Denver Nuggets basketball team, Colorado Hockey Hockey Team, Colorado Rapids Football Team, Colorado Mammoth Power Team and Arsenal Football Club, Premier League Football Team in London.
Sofi Stadium will also play football at the 2028 Olympics and will be transformed into the largest Olympic swimming venue in history. It will be held with the Olympic opening ceremony of the Los Angeles Memorial and the opening ceremony of the worship service.
Kroenke is also a major real estate developer and landlord. The 300-acre Hollywood Park project is one of the largest mixed-use developments in the western United States. SOFI Stadium alone cost $5 billion.
Last month, he also released plans for a new Ram headquarters on a 100-acre site in the Warner Center in Woodland Hills, including a residential and retail community designed to be the heart of the San Fernando Valley. It may cost more than the total price of Hollywood Park, which costs more than $10 billion.
Creating a second epicenter at Woodland Hills, the rams were able to significantly increase the footprint of the Southern California market.
“When you want to do practice facilities, you don’t need to be in the middle of everything, and it’s usually very expensive to real estate,” Kroenke told The Times. "We established an identity in the Valley and Cal Lutheran, where many of our players and families are. Our experience is really good."
Construction company Gensler pioneered the design for the Warner Center headquarters and Hollywood Park Studios. Clayco will be the studio's general contractor, with Pacific Edge serving as project manager. Financing is arranged by Guggenheim Investment.
