Democratic lawmakers and protesters attacked the door of the Delaney Hall Detention Center, a security immigration agency in Newark, New Jersey, on Friday, advocating detainees, Assistant Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, Tricia McLaughlin, classified as "the murderer, terrorist, child rapist and MS-13 gang member."
A group of protesters, including members of Congress, chased detainees into security doors and broke into facilities, according to a press release from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

However, Homeland Security video released to X on Saturday seemed to show McIver pushing and bounce officials as they defended the door.

On April 29, ICE's Law Enforcement and Evacuation Operations (ERO) Newark and the FBI Newark arrested Chinchilla Caballero of Bloomfield, New Jersey, based on an arrest warrant for the arrest of aliens.
Agents made notice to him to appear and detain him in the Ice Detention Center, awaiting removal proceedings.
According to DHS, Chinchilla Caballero is a positive match with “Miscellaneous TEC Surveillance” and is a well-known active member of MS13.

According to Interpol's website, "Red Notice" is a requirement for law enforcement officers around the world.
According to the Department of Homeland Security, on April 29, ICE's Ero Newark, Homeland Security Investigation (HSI) SAC NEWARK, and Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) Newark provided him with notifications.
He was detained without a bond.

The ICE/ERO NEWARK Flight Operations Department of New Jersey has detained Saravia Santamaria, a citizen and national of the city of El Salvador.
On May 1, ICE ERO officials arrested Santamaria with special agents of alcohol, tobacco, guns and explosives (ATF) without any accidents, and he arrested Santamaria outside his residence in northern North Bergen, New Jersey.
According to the DHS, he was allegedly captured with the "crow" surgery and "known and verified" MS-13 gang affiliation.
Adonis Estevez Bello was arrested on May 5, DHS said. He has had several felony convictions, including possession of controlled dangerous substances, drug trafficking, resistance to arrest and possession of weapons. On May 5, Ice Newark arrested Adonis Estevez Bello, a 23-year-old citizen of the Dominican Republic.
Estevez Bello was convicted for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, drug trafficking, resistance to arrest and possession of weapons for illegal purposes, DHS said.
Estevez Bello also has an active gang affiliation with street gangs, and “the Dominicans don’t play in the competition,” officials said.
Ero Newark sent him a notice that he would remain on the ice during the recall hearing.

Maximo Nunez, a 58-year-old citizen of the Dominican Republic, was arrested on May 5, DHS said. On May 5, Ice Newark arrested Maximo Nunez, a 58-year-old citizen of the Dominican Republic.
Nunez was arrested for possession of controlled dangerous substances, obstructing the enforcement of the law, driving without a license, attacking with deadly weapons - intent to kill and interfere with the custody of children.
