Company observers expect the chip giant's first-quarter revenue to rise 66.2% to $43.28 billion, but uncertainty surrounding its Chinese business could also be huge, with new markets opening even if other regulations pullbacks are to open up.
In fact, traders in the options market are preparing for industry-wide volatility after the results, and defensive options have attracted great attention on contracts on major semiconductor ETFs.
