All four second-round series officially started after the Dallas Stars and the Winnipeg Jets played their first game on Wednesday, and we now have a feeling for all eight clubs. Will the two home teams on the reverse court Tuesday night after losing in Game 1?

Connor McDavid's 39 playoff goals are seventh in the Oilers' history, behind only Jari Kurri (92), Glenn Anderson (81), Wayne Gretzky, Wayne Gretzky (81), Mark Messier (80), Esa Tikkanen (51) and current teammate Leon Draisaitl (45).

Both teams are willing to give an inch, and the second game is another final result. The Panthers first hit through Aleksander Barkov's first-ever powerful goal, answered by Max Pacioretty in the first late. Old Maple Leaf nemesis Brad Marchand scored 15 seconds in the second second before William Nylander ranked first with a 4:18 mark in his sixth season in the playoffs. The score will remain tied until Max Domi scores his first regulatory goal in the playoffs. Anton Lundell even attracted the Panthers 3-3 early in the third quarter, but new father Mitch Marner beat the game to win the game in just 17 seconds. Complete review.

As happened in many of the first games in the season after the season, the two teams did not score in the first phase, weighed each other. Winnipeg's Nino Niederreiter made the party start until the second time, but followed by a performance by Mikko Rantanen. The Finnish striker got a natural hat-trick - a two-game winning streak with a hat-trick - which brought the stars up 3-1. Mark Scheifele won third place in the playoffs at the end of the second time, but despite the angry efforts in the third quarter, the Jets still couldn't get the equalizer. Complete review.
