"That's it, do I want to try it in the future? Maybe, but it's not something I need to try bigger or better because what's better? Who knows?"

Kaveh Solhekol, chief reporter of Sky Sports News:
“The only concern for Thomas Frank he hasn’t had a club as big as Tottenham Hotspur and hasn’t managed it in the Champions League.
"What really attracted him was that he was tactically flexible. He wasn't stubborn, he didn't just play in one way, and he did a great job at Brentford.
“People at Brentford will prepare for his exit as he was shortlisted by so many big clubs lately.
“I know he was a shortlist for Chelsea jobs last summer. He is a highly regarded person.
“I think he would be a very good appointment, but so is Marco Silva. He gained Champions League experience during his Greek period with Olympiakos.
“I don’t want to upset the fans of Crystal Palace, but if I’m on the Tottenham Hotspur board, I’ll notice the incredible work Oliver Glasner did at Crystal Palace.
“He won the FA Cup, he won the Europa League at Eintracht Frankfurt.”
Sky Sports News' Michael Bridge at Tottenham Hotspur Training Ground:
“Thomas Frank – who likes Postecoglou – is a very fascinating character.
“He has a lot of admiration for him at the Spurs, but he has no experience in Europe or Europa League. If the Spurs decide to appoint him, he will become the Champions League manager.
“One of his first games was the UEFA Super Cup – so he could play trophy against PSG in early August.
“If it were Thomas Frank, it would be amazing.”
Spurs fan and podcast Chris Cowlin on Sky Sports News: "Who is going to go in and do better now? If Thomas Frank comes in, it's interesting to have no Champions League experience. But he does very, very good in the Premier League, with limited resources. He always develops players and brings a good style in the media."
ASH16: It was the right decision, and although Frank was great for the league, I think the Spurs need to focus on Edin Tezchi. The former Boruss Dortmund boss has the experience we need in Europe. The trouble is, does Terzic want this job?
Archietash: How exactly is Thomas Frank moving in the right direction? What did he win?
J Ye: Why do you still have to sack Anger when he wins silverware? If so, you have to hire a winner, not a manager like Thomas Frank - ridiculous.
Joshua: Is this a step in the right direction? Why not earlier, when current Milan boss Simone Inzaghi negotiated for free?
