MSNBC's Joe Scarborough criticized Robert Hur, then-special lawyer, for criticizing his controversial report in his 2024 plan, partly highly covered by the media and raised concerns about former President Biden's psychological abilities.

"I want to know what ranch he would want to know," Scarborough said at the time in his plan, and in the clips that resurfaced on social media, he began to attack his report, showing that the president was struggling with key memories of struggling, including when his son, President Bo, left the vice president and why he didn't have a classification document in his classification documents.

"You know, with Joe Biden, he's not really tied a tie very well," Scarborough said. "The tie knot shows that (Biden) may have arthritis on his left thumb."

"Where are you going?" Brzezinski asked her husband and co-host Scarborough.

"I just said this guy said such a random S ---!" Scarborough said, asking Hur to apologize for his report.

"Does he wish he had a judge himself? I think he would do it. I think he hopes if Donald Trump is re-elected because he is trying because he has an insult to show that, he will get a judge."

When Hur asked where he was saving the files, he was actively working around 2017 and 2018, Biden said Beau Biden was "deployed or dying" at the time. Beau died in 2015. Biden said to himself at one point, "When did Bo die?" A lawyer replied that it was 2015.
