The 2025 MLS season is going firmly, which means it's time for ESPN's power rankings now.
Who is climbing the table? Who is free in autumn? Our writers looked at the moves in Game 17 to present orders from all 30 teams in the league this week. Let's dive.
Previous rankings: 1
We won't be on their CAPS COPS CONCACAF Champions League Finals. They hosted Minnesota United and drew 0-0 at home before their long journey to Mexico City. After losing to Cruz Azul, their focus returned to the league game.
Previous rankings: 2
The trip to Texas in Philadelphia was a bit frustrating, with a man in the first half but failed to get into trouble with football club Dallas. The last loss on April 12 is still a distant memory, and during this time the team was able to test its depth.
Previous rankings: 5
It's a great trip whenever you leave Cascadia with 4 points. A few days after painting with the First Vancouver Whites, the Lazyman impressed with the sound of defeating Seattle 3-2. Tani Oluwaseyi doubled the win in that win, including the Open Cup victory, with Minnesota unbeaten in the last five games.
Previous rankings: 10
International Miami is back. This weekend, Lionel Messi and the Company (Co.) beat CF Montreal 4-2 a few days ago. The goal was achieved, Messi ranked fifth in the last three games, and Luis Suarez added three games in the final two. Now, it's about figuring out how to defend before the club's World Cup.

Lionel Messi scored twice, becoming Miami's MLS goal scorer in Miami's history in the 5-0 Columbus crew.
Previous rankings: 3
Nashville's goal is still being achieved, but it's hard for them to take the lead. Sam Surridge scored twice on Saturday, but Nashville had to settle down after putting two second-half goals into New York City. It was an unnecessary mirror with Columbus in the middle of the week when Nashville wasted a goal advantage twice.
Previous rankings: 4
No one wants to lose 5-1, but Eastern Conference rival Miami has undone the fact that crew members are just needed to be more frustrating for Columbus. Now, the crew has no wins in the last six games, including midweek against Nashville. Actions may be required in the summer window to reach the heights the club uses to reach.
Previous rankings: 6
The Club World Cup is coming, but for the best teams in the world, the sound can be difficult to hang. They beat Minnesota United 3-2, although they almost had a late rallies. Players advocate for a larger bonus FIFA will pay to MLS and wear shirts, pre-match, which shows that monopolists wear MLS hats and hold a bag of FIFA cash.

Previous rankings: 7
Orlando hopes to return to rival Atlanta United from mid-week losses, but ends up beating 32 minutes with 32 minutes and defeating the Chicago Fire with 32 points. Alex Freeman is going to be a small comfort as he prepares to join the U.S. national team.
Previous rankings: 11
The black and gold weekend enjoyed their weekend, joining América in a match for the club World Cup. Their matches before the match are not completely auspicious. LAFC had to cheer on two goals, but Montreal (CF) scored a 2-2 draw with a 2-2 draw thanks to goals from Mark Delgado and Olivier Giroud.
Previous rankings: 8
Saturday's weird Wednesday draw with their former star new team defeating DC United 2-1, creating a sour mood in Cincinnati. Pat Noonan's soldiers are still second in the East, but have not won the championship in the last four games, even though Kévin Denkey has pushed the goal total to double digits.
Previous rankings: 17
With their scheduled opponents, the Vancouver whites took over the action of joining the CONCACAF Champions League, and Timbers had a surprising goodbye over the weekend. Over the week, they controlled the 2-1 game and won the game against Colorado Rapids.
Previous rankings: 13
Charlotte was able to take business care of Stragglers Toronto FC, winning 2-0 north of the border. Both Pep Biel and Patrick Agyemang scored in the win - just like Charlotte was on the Columbus crew, but didn't lose the New York Red Bulls 4-2-2. Charlotte will hope other reliable attackers will appear.
Previous rankings: 12
San Jose won the midweek victory of the Los Angeles Galaxy, but his unbeaten run hit eight points in all games in a 2-1 loss to St. Louis City on Saturday. One thing that can an earthquake cheer up? Previous rankings: 15

While Rapids didn't take action this weekend, they might rather play and wash away the smell of Portland wood in the 2-1 week to come out of their mouths. The Rapids scored first, but Portland dominated before and after Wayne Frederick's 67th minute red card.
Previous rankings: twenty one
Dynamo's home game at Sports Kansas City was down 3-1 after a 3-0 victory with New York Football Club. A team scored three goals in each of Dynamo’s last four games, but with a season of roller coaster rides, that’s only half as much as Houston itself.
Previous rankings: twenty two
Just when it seemed like these five stripes could combine the winning streak, they beat New York Red Bull in Harrison, NJ 2-0. Atlanta won the XG battle, but it was a small comfort after hitting twice in the first 15 minutes.
Previous rankings: twenty three
Despite the loss of defender Lalas Abubakar to the second yellow card after the 39th minute, the FCD was able to defend the family turf to prevent the high-flying Philadelphia League and scored a scoreless draw. Goalkeeper Maarten Paes is busy - just like he tied the 3-3 weeks at FC Cincinnati - but Indonesia International can complete the task and continue its international responsibilities in good shape.
Previous rankings: 26
Gabriel Pirani's early goals were a regular routine, and he helped Conner Antley enough to beat DC 2-1 on the road to FC Cincinnati. Can the Brazilian be the answer to the DCU attack disaster, especially with Christian Bentec being injured?
Previous rankings: twenty four
RSL has developed an annoying habit of letting points slip away, but hasn't even controlled the 2-0 loss of La Galaxy that wasn't won before Saturday. Their shots are more than the Milky Way, but they can’t create any real danger. Now there are seven consecutive games without victory.

Toronto is half the size of a great defensive team. TFC maintained their rival score for the third consecutive time in a loss to Charlotte FC in a 2-0 loss this weekend. However, the football game was 90 minutes and TFC admitted twice in each of these three games, but still only had three wins this season.
Previous rankings: 29
A new manager may be different, with the City of St. Louis defeating the San Jose earthquake 2-1. New (interim) boss David Critchley had to deal with a first-half injury, a late equalizer and a late red card, but was still making his debut three-pointer after Olof Mellberg got his parade order.
Previous rankings: 27
CF Montreal manager Marco Donadel hints after the game that he believes the first half red card shown to Giocomo Vrioni lost everything from the New England Revolution 3-0, making only a brief statement to avoid fines. The call is harsh, but it was the same at the beginning of Montreal, with only 17 wins and 20 goals difference.

win! Galaxy did it! 17 attempts were made, but the defending champion succeeded after defeating Royal Salt Lake 2-0. Lucas Sanabria and Joseph Paintsil scored, while the rear line kept the first clean of the year. The Milky Way is still supporting the ranking of power, but they need to build some foundation.
