Michael Sheen and Eva Longoria are collaborating on the family festival comedy "12 Days of Christmas".

The film (from Keal Productions and Fulwell Entertainment) is directed by BAFTA nominee Ben Gregor ("The Magic Faraway Tree", "Black Ops"), written by Ted Safran, based on the bestselling book The Bestsess Topsy Topsy Topsy Topsy Topsy Topsy Topsy Topsy Topsy Topsy Topsy Topsy Topsy Topsy Topsy Topsy Topsy Topsy Topsy Topsy Topsy Topsy Topsy Topsy Topsy Topsy Tody Mesty Mesty Days, written by Bestselling Worter.

The protagonist's picture is launching sales in Cannes.

In "12 Days of Christmas", it was mid-December and for the fifth consecutive year, Christmas was cancelled in the dysfunctional Sullivan family home. Until a mysterious man begins to send strange gifts to the desperate widow, Henry, and his two quarrel children, Will and Ella. First, two turtle pigeons were sent the next day, and then three birds were sent the third day. Before they knew it, the house was filled with lively animals and numerous guests, all related to the famous Christmas song "Twelve Days of Christmas". Family life is turned upside down when they try to figure out who the mysterious gifts of the gift giver is and, most importantly, in their case, Mariana from the Animal Conservation Service. As outlined: “Even if this Christmas is messy, the facts may be just a gift for families.”

"I wrote 12 very messy days with Tad Safran on Christmas," Patterson said. "We're excited about Michael Sheen and Eva Longoria leading the cast. So does Ben Gregor."

"Tad wrote a moving, fun, big-hearted script, and I can't wait to shoot it with the generosity and excellence of Michael and Eva," Gregor added. "Tad and James Patterson's book is a warm and chaotic journey during Christmas, and this thoughtful, spectacular adaptation will be a delightful production and viewing."

Keal Productions Heather Greenwood (“After Scream”) and Leo Pearlman (“Cinderella”) made “12 Days of Christmas” for Fulwell Entertainment. Executive producers are James Patterson and Peter Safran ("Aquaman"), Bill Robinson and Patrick Santa and James Patterson Entertainment, as well as lead characters from Dave Bishop, George Hamilton and James Pugh. Sky developed the project.

"It's pure holiday joy - heart, humor and enough destruction to remind us that the magic of Christmas is messy," said Bishop, the lead CEO. "We're excited to bring the wonderful books of James Patterson's and Tad Safran to the screen and with the warmth of Ben Michael's comedy and the keen charm of Eva, the ideal team to bring this Christmas chaos to life."

Joined Greenwood and Pearlman in a joint statement: “Fuwell Entertainment and Keel’s work has created unmistakable, entertaining film and television content for audiences everywhere to work with the best talent and IP! It’s exciting! James Patterson and Tad Safran and Tad Safran have paid the biggest bestselling novels for the big screen.

Talent behind the scenes include award-winning choreographer Adam Murray ("Rocket", "Cruella, "The King's Man"), and performances by Kelly Valentine Hendry ("Bridgerton", "Bridgerton", "Fleabag", "Fleabag", "Competrator").
