Mel B says she still wants a spice girl party at "Fallon"

Mel B declined to confirm or deny whether there are still spice girls parties in the work, but she said she hopes it might happen. “We had to make sure he sang with the right key,” she recalled. “So Mel C got up, and I was like, ‘Why do we get up and do free concerts?’ I was the last person to go up, ‘Why do we do that? "I want to do it to the fans!"

Five-piece girls groups Mel B, Beckham, Geri Halliwell, Melanie Chisholm and Emma Bunton then sang their song "Stop", which was captured by David Beckham and shared on social media. "It's obvious that we haven't had a rehearsal in a while," Mel B said after Fallon showed off the two songs. She added that she was responsible for the choreography of the 1997 hit single.

"We're a little less, but, you know, we're putting it together," she admitted. The singer also told Fallon that she wrote rap in "In the toilet." "I was like, 'Girl, give me a second of the way, it's like writing a rap," she remembers. "Because I thought I was a rapper back then. Obviously not. I'm in my own world, you know, I have it. It's Leeds rap."

Last year, the quintet celebrated its 30th anniversary by sharing videos of the first spice girls auditions in 1994 and sounded for the 1996 debut single "Wannabe." The group had a party tour in 2019, but Beckham did not attend the outing. The last time they performed publicly was at the closing ceremony of the 2012 London Olympics.
