Meghan Markle stopped on Sunday with her two kids to smell the roses.

The Duchess of Sussex shared her life at home with Princess Lily Bette, 3 and Prince Archie, 5, when the family rose in a new Instagram post.

Markle, 43, retained some privacy without showing the child's face, but revealed their bright red hair, which matched the hair of his father Prince Harry.

The duchess was warned that the business could not trademark the geographical location, noting that the American Riviera was the "ordinary nickname" of Santa Barbara, the former American actress resided. The addition of the word "orchard" makes "small difference", telegraph Report.

While Markle has not addressed potential trademark issues, experts told Fox News Digital that the duchess missed an opportunity that looks more relevant.

"Her reasoning is more of an excuse than a clear explanation," said Doug Eldridge, a brand expert and founder of Achilles PR. "Her remarks are not real candid. Sometimes the hard things are the same thing as the right things. Unfortunately, Meghan keeps choosing what she thinks is "simple things." So far, it hasn't worked."

He added: "[her trademark problem]is a sloppy work of her team. Megan has a lot of gaps to sew and until she does, she will continue to return to shore and have nothing."

Food and gift retailers Harry and David protested the American Riviera orchard in October, claiming the name is too similar to their Royal Riviera line New York Post Report.
