Mark Cuban, Nico Harrison is excited about the good luck of the Mavericks to win the NBA Draft

The role (or rather, not exactly) played by former Mavericks owner Mark Cuban has made a lot of contributions in Dallas' decision to trade Luka Dončić with the Los Angeles Lakers.

But one thing is for sure. He was shocked about the results of the NBA Draft Lottery on Monday night. As General Manager Nico Harrison and nearly every other outstanding Mavericks power participant. It's understandable.

The Mavericks overcame the fourth-long odds of 14 lottery participants and scored a 1.8% chance to ensure the first pick in the upcoming NBA Draft. It's not just any NBA draft. It's a feature of Duke phenomenon Cooper Flagg, who looks like a generational player that has been hyped since his preparation era.

After Harrison orchestrated the Dončić deal, the Mavericks’ fan base kicked off a turbulent season in which it was a very widespread slamming of the worst in sports history.

At the time, many people wondered how many people (famous Dončić fans) made their decisions. Since then, Cuba has been aware that few people have not consulted him before the deal has failed.

Regardless of how he feels about the deal, Cuba is excited about what happened on Monday. His NSFW social media reaction tells the story.

Where is Harrison? OK, yes. He was also scared. Just like everyone else in Mavericks Homeland.

If not clear, it is Harrison in a light blue coat.

Mavericks CEO Rick Welts joined the franchise a few weeks before the Dončić deal was reduced. He did not let go of the first card that marked the Mavericks' victory.

"It felt like a huge huge reversal," Welters told Nbatv's Andy Katz. "I'm happy for Dallas fans.

"I know what fans think about this team and what a turbulent season for them. I can't think of anything that can be cured."

So, as Dallas was lucky on Monday night, was it forgiven for the Mavericks in the Dončić industry? Of course not.

But will the Mavericks fans feel better and have the hope that Dončić was abandoned when he was transported to the Lakers? perhaps? At least those who don’t completely deny the franchise after the deal is over.

How did most maverick boss Patrick Dumont buy a majority stake in Cuba’s previous franchise? Excellent. Apparently, he wasn't watching it on Monday night.

According to the Dallas Morning News, Cuba called him to convey the good news.
