Manchester City's Maximo Perrone approaches COMO's £25m export

Serie a Side Como and Manchester City are about to complete a big deal for Argentina midfielder Maximo Perrone.

About the 22-year-old's future development is coming to an end in Buenos Aires-born Talent publicly admits to hope to stay at the Italian club for the foreseeable future.

In an interview with Italian media in mid-February, Peren admitted: “I want to stay here, grow, and learn more about Como.

"I want to hold hands with my teammates and I'm very happy to be with CESC (Fabregas). I have a good relationship with him. I want my future to be with Como."

Maximo Perrone has withdrawn from Maximo Perrone's second loan from Etihad Stadium since arriving at the club from Velez Sarsfield in January 2023, signing a five-and-a-half-year contract with Manchester City for a year or two after the initial £8 million move.

But it’s no surprise that he’s been in Cuomo throughout the season, and it’s hard to be surprised that anyone works tirelessly to ensure the future of the players is with them.

Now, according to Manchester Evening News, Como is very pleased with Perrone's contribution to the club, while borrowing this season to approve a large, permanent move to the players.

It was revealed that the Italian now reached a £25m/€30m deal with Manchester City, which would make a £17m profit on the Etihad Stadium, a player competing at the club.

The future developments on Perot are underway, while Manchester City continues to pursue many central midfield goals, as part of a planned overhaul this summer.

It is widely believed that Florian Wirtz is the club's number one target to replace Kevin de Bruyne, and Bayer Leverkusen gave the player and his family a green light to talk to Etihad officials.

Elsewhere and Manchester City are also entering Italy, where they are interested in AC Milan’s impressive and versatile star Tijjani Rejnders, who is expected to charge a fee north of £50m north.
