A 21-year-old man has been accused of providing alcohol to Pittsburgh Pirates fans, who fell from the stands last month, according to multiple reports.
Kavan Markwood is a 20-year-old former college football player who is Determined as a man He fell 20 feet onto the correct field warning track.
Ethan Kirkwood is reportedly charged with providing alcohol to minors.

The WTAE cited a criminal lawsuit, which highlighted a surveillance video that showed Kirkwood and Markwood drinking several times. Kirkwood admitted to buying Markwood alcohol, the complaint said.
Pittsburgh police did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital's email.

The 20-year-old broke his neck and collarbone in the fall, but Markwood said he was "okay" despite his long recovery.

Markwood describes his injury as "broken everything" which also includes a swollen hand.
He added: “I think when I get home, I’ll put the ice on it.”

Markwood plays for two Class II football programs at Walsh University and Wheeling University. According to the team's website, he played football at Wheeling in 2023 and participated in four games.
