Kid Rock calls media "public enemy who doesn't know Trump's olive branch"

President Donald Trump’s first 100 days are marked by historic executive actions, from border crisis to global trade. But another key aspect of this period is Trump’s propaganda to free enemies such as HBO host Bill Maher and Democratic Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer.

Last month, Trump and Maher appeared to have put aside the verbal war of the past as the White House broke bread. Trump also changed his attitude toward D-Mich during his visit to the Oval Office earlier this month. On Tuesday, he announced a range of new fighter jets at the Selfridge Air National Guard Base in Michigan and thanked Whitmer for advocating the base.

Kid Rock, a long-time Trump supporter and music superstar, said mainstream media didn’t do enough in the first 100 days of their second term to recognize the president’s olive branch or question the motivation behind the promotion.

“It’s a very positive thing for our country when we’re all so different. And not one of the mainstream media, NBC, ABC, CBS, CBS, CNN, no one, no one word,” Kid Rock said of Maher-Trump dinner: “Jesse Watters on jese Watters on of”

"I have to imagine this coming from the top. I just have enough of this for the mainstream media. I believe they are indeed public enemies of our country."

Kid Rock says Trump took the group to a private residence, where they saw Gettysburg speech in Lincoln's bedroom and talked about their common grounds such as "end wokens" and "securing the border."

Maher has made his own opinion on the visit since the meeting and said that despite Democrats’ opposition, Trump was more intimate and humorous than he expected. Some critics, such as comedian Larry David, wondered if Trump used Maher for a White House dinner.

Kid Rock said he "can't figure out" why voices like Maher meet with Trump is controversial.

He told Fox News host Jesse Watters: "I keep reminding people that I am playing Barack Obama's inauguration. I didn't vote for him, but he was elected president. They asked me to be there. I'm graceful."

Gretchen Whitmer Angers Democrat Trump suffered 'huge embarrassment' during a meeting at the White House

Whitmer appeared with Trump at the White House signing ceremony this month.

At the meeting, the president seemed to have changed the Democratic executive he used to call "the terrible governor" last year.

President Trump said Governor Whitmer "had done a good job" and called her "very good person" in his speech at the Oval Office.

Kid Rock praised Trump for his comments to Whitmer, saying: "This shows that our president is willing to give credibility with the credit he deserves."

Kid Rock believes that mainstream media coverage of both stories shows that “TD (Trump Danger Syndrome) is still common.
